If you’re looking for a space to stay in that is just as tropical as the state you’re in, look no further than Tropical Oasis. This unique property sits within it’s own personal tropical forest. Surrounded by lush vegetation, shaded under palm trees, you’ll fall in love before you even step through the front door. This is a 4 Bed/3 Bath home with two living areas. Bask in the sun, play in the yard with the kids and the pups, or watch the game.

The Space:

Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds and USB Charging Lamp

Essentials: Bathrooms fully stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash & Lotion. Pool/Beach Towels beach chairs and umbrella are available for use. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.

For the kids: We have a pack n play and a high chair, games, coloring books and a few toddler toys.

Guest Access:
We’ll provide you with an access key code on the day of your arrival. This will allow you to check yourself into the property. Please make sure you have received the code before you travel. If you haven’t received this before setting off, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in!

Great spring break trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and everything we needed. It was great to have three bathrooms for our party of 8. We will stay again

We had very enjoyable stay at this location. The house was clean and very spacious. The location was very safe and located within a 10 to 15 minutes of the Gulf Coast (Madeira Beach). We went down for the Phillies Spring Training Games and attended three game (20-25) minute drive. Location had plenty of shops for food (Supermarkets,Restaurants & fast food) near by (driving). House was a little dated but was very nice for our stay and clean. Hot Tub, pool table and cornhole. Fire pit and Barbecue grill were all available at the location Property manager was exceptional and always answered our calls and issues that arose. Maybe two minor issues - nothing that took away from our stay.

Fabulous Property!

We had a fabulous time at the Tropical Oasis property. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave our group of 7 adults plenty of space for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked (except for a tea kettle). The outdoor space was just incredible. The hot tub was put to good use. We would definitely choose to stay here again. The contact from the host was perfect.

As expected

First off, Courtney was great to work with. Immediate response with every communication, and helped resolve every minor issue without delay. For example, the Roku remote for one of the TVs wouldn’t work the evening we checked in. She was there the next morning installing a new one. The house was clean and well stocked, tastefully decorated. Only complaints would be it was much smaller than pictures appeared (which I understand is common) and lighting was a bit dim in many of the rooms. The backyard was a bit unkept and dreary looking, but a storm had just passed through. We also had a difficult time keeping the hot tub at the desired temp, but wasn’t a huge concern and we did bring to Courtney’s attention when we left so it could be addressed for future visitors. I was also under the assumption in viewing pictures that the yard was fully fenced in, and with us bringing our dog, was disappointed to find it wasn’t the case. My fault for not asking/clarifying, but think it might be helpful for others to know. Lastly, the pool table could only be accessed by going outside to a separate room even though it was attached to the house. It was also not level which made for quite a few unfair games but not a huge deal since mostly kids were playing on anyway. Overall, customer service was fantastic but honestly not sure I’d stay here again. To me, the house was just okay.

nice space and back yard

our three generations of family enjoyed this large home. everything was clean, the hot tub and back yard are lovely. the property manager was excellent and pro-active.
