There are 9 beds- 2 kings, 2 queens, a full and twin trundle and two queen couch sleepers. The owner has an Rv on the side of the property completely fenced off from the home which is used occasionally by the owner

We had 4 adult women that stayed. Loved the large couch for movie time as well as the outside pool/couch. Only challenge was 3 gals sharing a bathroom as the other was a full bath but in the garage. We had a great gathering!

We all enjoyed the home. Family really enjoyed playing pool every night for hours. Would have been nice to have the 3 washer/ dryers not next to pool table. Sad we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub but host was very nice to refund some money for it. Thank you for the great home

The house was perfect for the number of people, we ended up having five less than we booked, so it was great. Would suggest a portable crib, and maybe a bed rail for kids room. Nice to have the other baby items on hand! Plenty of towels, may suggest a cooler to use for beach outing! But the house more then met our needs!

The property was very clean when we arrived, and is very spacious! The property managers were there to greet us when we got there, and were very eager to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. This was very comforting , considering we were hosting an event at the house ! The space was missing some items that were advertised when we arrived ( back yard seating and outdoor kitchen fridge ). However , when we brought these feelings up to the host ,they made sure to make it right . Overall, we had a great stay and a memorable event at the space ! I would definitely recommend this space to others

The property was very clean upon arrival! The pool and hot tub were used frequently and they were great! Everyone said that their beds were comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen for meals. There is plenty of parking for large groups. The beach was only 8 minutes away along with plenty of restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely consider this property in the future!

Family Oasis

The property was just as advertised. My family enjoyed everything the home had to offer. There were some minor issues but nothing that interfered with our stay. The TV in the game room and by the pool were missing their remotes so they were not able to be used. The hot tub didn’t work the first day but the owner came out and made sure it was working the rest of our stay. Overall a great place to stay with your family.

Overall property was accurate to the listing. Some things needed fixing and was communicated to property owner but overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and location was close to everything we needed. I would stay again.

Amazing Home for a Family Gathering

We had a lovely stay here! The home and the property were super clean and there was so much room for our birthday gathering. So many activities to do outside like the heated pool, hot-tub, fire pit, a pool table inside, and many more. The host was accessible at all times and made sure we were happy and comfortable in the home. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful house and pool area! Perfect for a relaxing vacay!

We had 9 women stay here and it was a wonderful vacation with plenty of room and we loved the pool and hot tub area! I would recommend upgrading a few of the mattresses and maybe adding more fans people can use…some are older and run hotter! ;-) Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. Close to Indian Rocks beach which avoids the more touristy effect of Clearwater and the beach is beautiful! Lots of stores and restaurants close by! I may bring my little kids back next time!

Just what the doctor ordered

We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the various games, pool, hot tub, corn hole, putt putt, pool table, our pets, the large kitchen perfect for groups, the facilities that allowed for 9 guests, nice bedroom setup, etc. Our stay was what our family needed. The beaches were close and a lot of options nearby like Clearwater, Indian Rocks, the dog beaches, etc. The host was super responsive to all our thoughts and questions. We appreciated the lovely touches like shampoos, soaps, dishwashing pods, coffee maker, wonderful washer and dryer. These touches did not go unnoticed. Thank you for a wonderful memory for our family.

Pre-wedding Trip

The property is spacious with a fun backyard that accommodated a rehearsal dinner the night before our daughter’s wedding. Parking is problematic as the road is narrow- house can use minor upgrades (new lamps, lighting and minor closet repair/replacement). We had 23 adults and all were comfortable.

The house is impeccable, spacious and stately. The backyard white sand beach and outdoor entertainment space are perfectly set up for large groups. The amenities make our home more like a resort. We have one of the largest pools around. Few houses have detached home spaces to allow even more guests! The safety of the neighborhood allows you the peace of mind you have at home. The privacy fence is pet friendly and a huge plus. The parking available allows 4 cars .
