* Pool Heating Fee: $35 per night;
Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.

* Additional Guest Fee Above 8: $15 per Night;

Perfect location for family beach weekend. Celebrated my adult son’s birthday. Had enough room for family to come from all parts of Florida and gather in one spot. Spent a lot of the time at Indian Rocks beach especially at Sunset every evening- literally a couple minutes drive. We will definitely come back.

We lovee the house!!! So much room forballnof us and our dogs. So many games to play. Loved the decor and ambiance. My kids--early 20's loved the flamingo house. Had everything we needed. Great place to stay!!

Spring Break 2025

We had a group of teenage boys and adults for 5 nights over spring break. The stay was fantastic, lots to do at the property to keep everyone entertained and beaches were a short drive! The house was spacious and very clean, the host was very responsive. Everyone had a great time, I would highly recommended this property for a larger group!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, with many outdoor areas to enjoy. We made good use of the garage games (pool table, video games) on cool nights. Close to beaches, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The property manager was quick to respond to all inquiries. Highly recommend!

This Property Was Amazing! All of the Bedrooms were spacious and well stocked. There were 2 luggage racks in each bedroom. The kitchen was very large and any appliance you would need was there. Plenty of coffee cups, silverware, plenty of glass plates,bowls etc. Along with plastic plates, bowls and plastic margarita and wine glasses. Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels and beach towels were in abundance. There were TVs everywhere included the covered patio. The pool was lit at night time and the fence around the pool had well sufficient lighting. The flamingo bar was so cute.There were 7 of us staying here. We all were Impressed and Loved It...So Much We are booking this Beautiful Home for Next Year.

Senior boys/moms spring break!

This house is amazing! It is very spacious and there was room for all of us to have separate spaces! There is so much to do also! From the pool to the pool table and all other games in the garage, the boys were never bored! There are so many areas to sit and eat or relax, it’s great! The Flamingo Lounge is great too! The boys hung out there and played a game streamed through the tv and it was used for one boy to sleep on the queen sized pull out. The only downfall that we had is that we couldn’t be in the patio or pool after 10pm. We are on vacation and do not go to bed before 10pm. Also, the neighbor was very rude one night to us, yelling profanities because the boys were a little loud in the garage. I had just told them to keep it down before he started yelling at us over the fence. Then the next night he blared his music until 1:30am. Didn’t make sense. All and all, this place was great! The house had everything we needed, from extra toilet paper, paper products, soaps and plenty of things to cook for 12! The hosts got back to me very quickly any time I needed anything. The location is centrally located between beaches and other things to do! I would definitely recommend this place for large groups! Very satisfied!!!
