Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, east facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop "La Combe" 120 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 9.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Tennis 6 km, sports centre 6 km, chair lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ice rink 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended.
"Les Farfadets", 4-room chalet 41 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room. Exit to the terrace, east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: small lounge with sloping ceilings with TV. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 sleeping facility (90 cm). Electric heating, floor heating. Small terrace 4 m2, east facing position. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Le chalet est très sympa pour 5 personnes, la vue sur le Mont Blanc est superbe et le skibus n’est pas loin.

Woning heeft alles wat het moet hebben. Mooi uitzicht al zouden wij de struiken rond de woning wat snoeien om het uitzicht nog optimaler te maken. Parkeerplaats is klein. Oprijden best via achterkant om schade aan bumper en motor te voorkomen.

Excellent séjour

Chalet très agréable, idéalement situé avec très belle vue sur le mont blanc par beau temps. Très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, idéal pour une famille avec des enfants, même avec un bébé. Multiples possibilités de randonnées à proximité du chalet.

Chalet remarquable à tout point de vue, qui allie authenticité et confort. La vue sur le mont blanc est magnifique et les possibilités de randonnées à proximité sont multiples. Nous recommandons.

Belle vue, mais confort limité

La vue était splendide, mais le confort était spartiate. La literie, dont la propreté laissait à désirer (oreillers, alèses) n'était vraiment pas confortable. La cuisine était tout à fait fonctionnelle et équipée correctement. Le stationnement n'était pas évident : l'emplacement sous le porche ne convenait pas à notre véhicule, trop large. Il aurait été intéressant de mentionner ce détail technique. Enfin, le wifi a très bien fonctionné, mais 6€/jour en plus du prix de la location, c'est cher.

Petit chalet sympathique. Bien équipé et fonctionnel. Néanmoins le parking est très petit et très compliqué en accessibilité lorsqu'il neige. Le ménage nest fait que moyennement. Les couettes et oreillers étaient sales. Les hausses de protection ne font pas tout à mon avis. Un petit de nettoyage ne serai pas du luxe... Malgré tout nous avons passé de belles vacances

Bonne location, mais à 5-6 personnes, il faut que le temps soit vraiment propice aux activités extérieures car la surface devient vite trop juste s'il faut rester à l'intérieur ou avec des petits enfants.

Petit chalet bien situé

Le chalet est petit mais très fonctionnel. Emplacement parfait, belle vue, au calme. Beaucoup de magnifiques randonnées proches du chalet. En revanche, le ménage de fond devrait être fait plus souvent. Le ménage semble fait en surface, mais ça n’est pas suffisant. Quand on a tiré les lits, il y avait énormément de poussière. La couverture qui protège le canapé est très sale. En ces temps de Covid, un effort serait plus que nécessaire ! Par ailleurs, la literie mériterait d’être renouvelée, principalement le lit double du bas.

Lovely little chalet

This is a great little chalet for a family. The view is wonderful and in a quiet little area. Parking was a little difficult because the spot allowed was very small. We had to work with the neighbors to figure out the best parking situation.

De grote van het huisje viel wat tegen maar dat went wel. Het was alleen zeer slecht schoon gemaakt!
