Are you looking for more than just a spacious and comfortable apartment? Would you like your own sauna and whirlpool in the apartment, a large sun terrace? Are the beds particularly certified as back-friendly?
And in addition the convenience of a hotel service?
Breakfast on request? Maybe a log fire in the evening? And an apartment close to nature, on the edge of the forest, near the beach?

- Your apartment has its own sauna, whirlpool, large balcony or terrace and partly a fireplace. A parking space reserved for you and WiFi are of course also included.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are also included in the price.

Then you are exactly right with us! On arrival, you will be greeted personally by friendly reception staff, fresh bread rolls are served daily in the bistro, the latest newspapers and other small items are available from reception. In the bistro there is a rich breakfast buffet every day.

Swimming pool with children's pool (almost chlorine-free thanks to UV filtering), sauna area, solarium, wellness with cosmetics, massages and wellness offers, a well-kept tennis court. 4 **** swimming pool highlight object!
Peace and relaxation: You live in a spacious apartment and enjoy the service. In a few steps you are on a footpath in a light beech forest as a starting point for hikes along the beach or through the coastal forest. If the weather does not play along, there is a whirlpool and sauna in the apartment - or they go to the swimming pool, enjoy a massage or a cosmetic treatment. Many restaurants within walking distance are at your disposal - the ladies at the reception will be happy to advise you. Sports and games: In addition to the indoor pool, the holiday park has a tennis court (artificial grass / sand), a table tennis table and a basketball hoop at the children's playground. The own bike rental offers city bikes, mountain bikes, children's bikes with helmets and trailers. Beach volleyball courts are set up on the beach in the summer season. There is a mini golf course in town. Golf enthusiasts will find an 18- and 9-hole course on Lake Balmer (12 km); another golf course is under construction. There is a climbing forest in Pudagla (7 km), a sailing school in Ückeritz (7 km) and fishing ponds on the backwaters. Excursions: In the village a church from the 13th Century (open daily for visits in the summer months) with cultural events. On the outskirts of 'Lütten Ort', the former studio of the painter Otto Niemeyer-Holstein - the reception knows the times of the visit. The Vineta Festival takes place in Zinnowitz in summer, theaters and cinemas in Heringsdorf and Zinnowitz; Koserow has a drive-in cinema. In September there is the Usedom Music Weeks (concerts in different locations).

Ferienanlage mit viel Potential

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung bei Ankunft war leider nicht in Ordnung, die Wohnung war nicht fertig (erst um 17 Uhr) und wurde nur schnell oberflächlich gereinigt ... es roch unangenehm vom Vormieter nach Essen und dieses war zum Teil noch auf dem Boden verteilt. Ansonsten war die Wohnung komfortabel eingerichtet und entspricht dem ausgewiesenen Standard. Zum Strand muss man an der Steilküste eine sehr hohe Treppe überwinden, oder man benutzt das Auto und fährt. Die Service Angebote der Anlage sind gut, Frühstück kann flexibel dazu gebucht werden. Wir würden wieder dort hinfahren.

Schöne Gegend, im Spätherbst schön ruhig, ideal mit Familie und Hunden

Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bad. Sauna). Brötchenservice im Bistro, oder auch Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Negativ war im Nachhinein noch Extrakosten, trotzdem alles bezahlt war. Wie zB. für Haustiere Summe X€ für drei Tage gezahlt und bei Abreise wurden nochmal pro Tag die Summe X€ verlangt , sowie Kurtaxe war im Preis enthalten und wurde nochmals verlangt. Ist etwas sehr nervig.

Eine schöne Zeit auf Usedom

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche in einem schön eingerichteten Apartment.In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Den schönen Balkon konnten wir wegen der Kälte leider nicht nutzen. Negativ war das bei der Toilette kein Handwaschbecken war,das ist nicht gerade hygienisch.Auch könnte etwas gründlicher geputzt werden.Die Heizung ist etwas eigenwillig, sie heizt nicht unbedingt wann man es braucht. Das Internet ist nicht Benutzerfreundlich. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren nett und kompetent.Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön .

Super Urlaub

Wir( " Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund) fanden eine tolle Ferienanlage in naher Strandlage in Koserow vor. Besonders toll das Schwimmbad und die Sauna in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und modern. von WLAN bis eigenem tablet wurde viel geboten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Schöne Anlage mit Schwimmbad und Saunamöglichkeit

Sehr schöne Anlage, leider schon in der Wohnung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ein wenig zeitgemäßer Pfiff fehlt ! Kleine Mängel sollten schneller ordentlich behoben werden! Defektes Abgasrohr, Kühlschrank, Leselampe, Esstischstühle extrem unbequem und Tür war durch Möbel nicht richtig zu öffnen oder zu schließen vom zweiten Schlafzimmer! Ansonsten ist die Lage mit Schwimmbad gut! MFG

Tolle Anlage mit Superservice .Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, aufgrund der vielen angebotenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten . Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war klasse.Besonders das Schwimmbad und unsere eigene Sauna benutzten wir oft. 5 Minuten zum Strand durch den Fichtenwaldgürtel waren auch kein Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir kommen wieder !!!!

Es war wirklich schön! Das Freizeitangebot in der Anlage sucht seinesgleichen.... Richtig grosses überdachtes und beheiztes Schwimmbad, Tischtennis, Tennis, Sauna, Wellness..... Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet.Mit Tablet....hatten wir noch nie. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Pfiffi durfte auch mit. Der Strand ist fussläufig in 5min. zu erreichen. Ja,wir werden wiederkommen!!!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir,2Erwachsene/2Kinder, fühlten uns sehr wohl. Unsere Wohnung war hochwertig und modern eingerichtet.Das Freizeitangebot ,von Tennis,Tischtennis bis hin zum Schwimmbad war überdurchschnittlich gut. Zum Strand geht man 7 min. ,zum Ortskern 5 min..Angenehm war auch unser eigener Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung.Wir werden wieder kommen!

Unsere Wohnung entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung.Sauber-ordentlich-sehr exklusiv-geschmackvoll.Das hatten wir auch schon anders erlebt.Den Strand erreicht man fußläufig in 7 min.Hervorzuheben ist das Schwimmbad(27 Grad/ überdacht/seehr groß). Koserow bietet alles,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.Der Empfang und die Betreuung waren angenhm. Wir empfehlen die Anlage wärmstens weiter!

Wir kommen wieder!!!!!!

Klasse Ferienpark. Wir waren mit 3 Kids vor Ort und haben viel Spaß hier gehabt. Genial ist das Schwimmbad. Riesig! An Komfort kann man sich nicht mehr vorstellen: Brötchenservice,oder gleich frühstücken gehen in der Anlage,Sauna in der Wohnung, toller Kinderspielplatz, Rad ausleihen,Tennis spielen,grillen,Kiosk,mehr braucht man nicht. Und der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten erreicht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und blitzesauber. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und der riesige Balkon war auch genial. Was soll man sagen,wir werden hier garantiert noch mal Urlaub machen.

Tolle Anlage ,tolles Schwimmbad

Wir waren im Januar in dieser tollen Anlage. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr gut ausgestatten und sauberen Wohnungen und vor allem das riesige Schwimmbad,in dem man richtige Bahnen "ziehen" konnte.Aufgrund der kalten Witterung haben wir unsere eigene Sauna in der Wohnung häufig genutzt. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten über einen hübschen Waldweg zu erreichen.Leider konnten wir verschiedene Angebote,wie Tennis,Tischtennis,Fahrradverleih,usw. aufgrund der Witterung nicht nutzen. Muß im Sommer aber klasse sein.Vielen Dank nochmal für die freundliche ,unkomplizierte Abwicklung.Wir kommen wieder.

Urlaub zum Erholen

Wir - 4 Erwachsene - haben die 1. April-Woche 2012 in einer Wohnung vom Typ Strandläufer verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Bei kühlen Temperaturen war die Wohnung schön warm und die eigene Sauna einfach klasse. Der Wohn/Essraum war geräumig und die Ausstattung entsprach den Angaben im Internet. Alles war sauber und der Service ok. Ein guter Platz um sich zu erholen und absolut empfehlenswert. Eventuell sollte man die Länge der Betten erfragen, wenn Personen über 1,85m mitreisen.

4.Urlaub 2011

Wir haben schon mehrere Jahre unseren Urlaub dort verbracht und sind immer wieder begeistert davon. Die Wohnungen sind super ausgestattet und natürlich auch sehr ruhig gelegen - trotz Sommerbelegung. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Service sind super. Unser letzter Urlaub war über Silvester 2011 zu 2012. Da war natürlich die Sauna in unserer Wohnung spitzenmäßig. Die Preise sind zwar etwas teuer, aber man bekommt dafür auch viel geboten - eine Schwimmhalle mit Sauna und wenn man möchte auch ein Beauty-center. Also alles in allem wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wir haben es auch schon erfolgreich weiter empfohlen. Danke und bis zum Sommer 2012
