In the garden level, there is a large family room with a 7-person sectional and another 65” TV, plus a ping-pong/air hockey table, fully equipped.

The house is equipped with zoned A/C and heating, smart thermostats, built-in speakers accessible via Wi-Fi, high-speed wireless internet and Cable Smart TV throughout.

As to the outdoors, the sky’s the limit: just outside the main living and dining space there is a spacious deck with a full 8-person dining table, a natural gas grill and a spacious lounge area, ideal for barbecuing and relaxing after a day at the beach.
