Here, the guest can expect a luxury holiday home, which not only offers wood-burning stove and sauna, but also free Wi-Fi and Schleiblick. The beach-front accommodation is ideal for families or couples traveling together! Dogs are also welcome and can romp to their heart's content in the fully fenced garden. The 140 sqm holiday home "Dat smuke Swedenhuus" in Kappeln is located in the district Kopperby. The Kappelner Ferienhaus with a nearby riverside path is suitable for family holidays with up to 5 people. The dove-blue, Swedish-style cabin is just 100 meters from Schleiufer.
It has a south-facing, upstream terrace where you can enjoy the sun in the evenings. All furnishings are designed in the Nordic style and tailored to the ambience and the color nuances of the Kappelner Ferienhaus. So your holiday becomes a genuine pleasure. Also a sauna was thought. The outdoor area of this beautiful non-smoking holiday home has a large, covered terrace. The loggia upstairs with inviting lounge furniture promises a wonderful view of the Schlei. The 620 sqm, fully fenced garden of the romantic holiday home is perfect for sunbathing and playing and romping.
A lockable shed offers our holiday guests for the duration of their vacation enough space for bikes, a barbecue or sports equipment. In front of the house we have reserved for our holiday guests two exclusive parking spaces as well as a covered carport, which are at your free disposal. Your four-legged friend is also a welcome holiday guest. The WLAN is available to our holiday guests in our holiday home in Kappeln free of charge. On the beautiful riverside path is our pretty wooden house in the quiet Kappelner district "Kopperby", just 100 meters from the Schlei and offers from the loggia a wonderful view of the water. The nearest children's playground is only 200m away and so easy to reach. Kappeln offers a marvelous, maritime flair: watch the passing sailing ships from the bascule bridge, take a boat trip on the paddle steamer "Schlei Princess" or hop on the Angelner steam train and explore the fishing region in the traditional way. The city center has many shops, cafes, restaurants and a smokehouse.

Das Schmucke Schwedenhaus ist urgemütlich

Wir waren über Silvester im Schwedenhaus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Ferienobjekt mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein super freundliches Team betreut den Check in und war jederzeit erreichbar. Als reines Holzhaus ist das Haus urgemütlich und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Super für Familie und auch mit Hund, wir hatten drei dabei und es war gar kein Problem. Ein Higlight ist die Sauna und der Blick zur Schlei vom Aufenthaltsraum im ersten Stock. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist super nett. Wie sind rundum zufrieden und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühltühlt. Besser geht es nicht

Unser Urlaub in kopperby

Wir waren 10 Tage im Schwedenhaus und hat es sehr gut gefallen das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles da was man brauchte . Der tolle Wintergarten mit der super Aussicht aufs Wasser den haben wir richtig genossen . Wir und unsere drei Hunde Milla Choco und Lucky waren echt super zufrieden und konnten den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und wünschen Ihnen ein gesundes erfolgreiches Jahr liebe Grüße vom Niederrhein aus Rees Familie Schäfer / Vermey

Vor der Anreise lief alles gut, bis auf die Tatsache dass wir per Mail zusätzliche Vertragsbedingungen nach Abschluss der nicht stornierbaren Buchung bekommen haben. Das Haus ist groß und relativ gut ausgestattet, allerdings ist alles sehr alt und sehr hellhörig, dazu quietscht der Boden im OG ganz laut. Muss man in der Nacht auf Toilette, ist das ganze Haus wach. An vielen Ecken herrscht Verletzungsgefahr (niedrige Balken, Einbaumöbel usw.), insbesondere für Menschen über 1,80m. Die Temperatur vom Leitungswasser war nicht immer abzuschätzen, insbesondere in der Küche. Die Sauna ist sehr klein, für max 1-2 Personen. Die Agentur beschäftigt nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir haben die Zeit dort gut verbracht, allerdings würden wir uns ein zweites Mal für etwas anderes entscheiden.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben uns - im Januar - sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage und die schöne Umgebung konnten wir in dieser Jahreszeit nicht so richtig genießen. Aber Kaminofen und Sauna ließen uns das "Schmuddelwetter" vergessen.

Gemütliches, liebevoll ausgestattetes Blockhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns in diesem besonderen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich maritim, die rustikale Küche perfekt ausgestattet und die vielen Kleinigkeiten wie zb Bad-Utensilien, Wii, Bücher und diversen Spiele machen es besonders. Auch der Rundum-Service hat uns positiv überrascht. Ein Sturm hat über Nacht die Heizungsanlage lahmgelegt, durch einen Anruf am Morgen bei Designer Tours kam in kürzester Zeit ein Techniker und hat alles wieder ans laufen gebracht.
