Our FH was modernized in August 2018, everything is at ground level and modern furnishings.
You can park your car at your doorstep in the fenced area free of charge.
On the cozy terrace you can enjoy the rising sun at breakfast. Even the evenings offer a cuddly barbecue.
From the hallway you enter the living room with a cozy sitting area with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160 cm) and wardrobe.
In the kitchen you will find for 2 people a dining area, fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, sink and attractive crockery and cutlery.
Shower and toilet are separated, in the utility room you will find space for luggage and necessary utensils.
We have a nice big dog, always happy about guests and their pats,
However, may remain separately with the landlord.
Bikers, cyclists, hikers and equestrian tourists are welcome from 2 nights. We charge per booking a one-time cleaning fee of 39 €.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche befindet man alles was man zum Zubereiten von Speisen braucht. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Gite Gastronomie und sauberer Strand. Einen Ausflug nach Ückermünde lohnt sich.

Wir waren 3 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Alles war sehr sauber und sämtliche Haushaltsutensilien sind vorhanden.Man kann auch den schönen, riesigen Garten hinter dem Haus mit benutzen.Die Lage ist super- man ist schnell mit Rad und Auto in Ueckermünde und Altwarp.Zusätzlich muss natürlich noch Karlo erwähnt werden, der Schmusehund, der jeden Besucher mag -ein ganz Lieber.Die Wohnung ist zwar in der Nähe der "Hauptstrasse", aber es ist ja keine Hauptstrasse im üblichen Sinne. Wir haben sie gar nicht wahr genommen und zudem ist die Wohnung durch viel Baumbestand auch noch mal geschützt.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns und gute Tipps bzgl.Örtlichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben.Gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und können nur positives berichten,die Unterkunft ist einfach toll - sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, super ausgestattete Küche, extra Kuscheldecke und Kissen, sehr gemütliches Bett. Der Empfang von Frau Wittenberg war sehr herzlich, wir fühlten uns richtig willkommen. Außerdem gibt es noch einen wunderschönen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum chillen und nicht , nicht zu vergessen, ist noch Karlo da...ein großer, knuffiger Hund, der zwischendurch immer mal guckt ob es einem gut geht. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus "Martha" sehr gerne weiter.

Es war sehr sehr schön!

Alles wie beschrieben.. sehr sauber. Spitzen Lage! Grundstück sehr groß und schön gepflegt. Die Einrichtung hat schon fast alles was man so brauchte. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleiner Flamingoobsession 😁. Wirklich sehr schön und Gemütlich. Kontakt war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Karlo (Hund) ist ein absoluter Schatz 🤗 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ☺️

Schöner Urlaub

Schönes kleines Häuschen für Zwei mit Außensitzplatz und Autostellplatz auf dem großem grünen Grundstück. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Dusche und WC separat, extra Abstellraum. Sehr nette Vermieter mit liebem und gutmütigen Hund Carlo. Schöner Spazier- und Radweg geht gleich hinter dem Grundstück ab. Autoverkehr auf der Durchgangstraße ist recht nah und hörbar. Zwei Badestellen im Ort am ehesten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

ein bisschen wie zuhause

Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Frau Wittenberg & Familie, samt Hund Carlo sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unsere kleine Fewo war perfekt für den kurzen Aufenthalt. Drinnen und draußen: alles super sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft (kleines Häuschen) in der nichts fehlte. Alles sehr sauber und top. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat uns empfangen und uns alles gut erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Frau Wittenberg.Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und dann auch für etwas länger.

Schöne, entspannte Tage

Super nette Vermieterin, sehr freundlicher Hund. Das Haus ist sauber, und gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, hat uns viel Spaß gemacht.

Eine traumhafte Woche in Bellin mit Familienanschluss

Wir würden aufs herzlichste begrüßt und herumgeführt. Das kleine Haus ist für 2 perfekt. Alles was man braucht und sich vorstellen kann war da. Perfekter Zustand. Picobello sauber. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Kerstin, unsere Vermieterin hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.Carlo der Wachhund hat uns sofort in sein Herz geschlossen.
