We warmly welcome you to our beautiful holiday home, right by the forest, south-facing slope, with an unobstructed view of meadows and forests. From here you can hike the qualified hiking trail "Sauerland Höhenflug" with a length of 250 km.

Per booking up to two people you are only entitled to the lower bedroom and the lower bathroom. Everything on one level. Except for the upper area, up to two people can use it for an extra charge of 40 euros.

Up to two people, the living space is reduced to 70 square meters, unless you book the additional option with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to two people, then you have 90 square meters again.

The house has two large terraces which can be reached via an outside staircase. Garden furniture is in the basement via external stairs, large sun umbrellas, parking at the house. The main entrance and the basement room with the garden furniture can be opened from the terrace with a master key.

Unobstructable panoramic view, the hiking trails start right at the house. From here you can hike the qualified hiking trail "Sauerland Höhenflug" with a length of 250 km. 5 km away the beautiful Sorpesee and other direction 5 km away ski and hiking paradise Wilde Wiese.
