A great place to rent for us yo spend time with our 2 grandsons. Plenty of activities to do at the resort and not a far drive to the Dells to shop, eat or take in the waterparks.

Very clean and nice villa! It was nicer than the pictures. We had a little hiccup at check in, but the front desk people got it fixed or figured it out. We did get asked a couple of times if we wanted to do the timeshare meeting, but they weren’t pushy after we said no. The kitchen supplies were pretty minimal (which was fine, just a heads up for anyone planning to cook there). We made due though! The on site amenities like the pool and mini golf were really nice and fun. We would gladly stay again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the villa and that it exceeded your expectations. We appreciate your patience with the check-in hiccup and are happy our front desk team was able to get everything resolved quickly. It's wonderful to know you had fun enjoying the pool, mini golf, and other amenities. Thank you as well for the helpful feedback regarding the kitchen supplies. We truly appreciate it and would be delighted to welcome you back for another stay!

Booked a Villa, was not put into a Villa. Whole experience was inconvenient. Still haven’t been compensated correctly. My family and I were not pleased.

What’s a great place to stay, awesome amenities on the resort clean cabins.

Was very good, wish there would’ve been the blinds on all the doors to block the light coming through

Amazing location, great amenities

Family of four with two kids ages 6 & 8 and it was a great amount of space for us! Property was very clean and it was easy to feel at home there. We were thrilled with all the pools and family activities offered at the grounds when we needed some downtime from the bustle of the amusement parks.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and location of our property. The only issues we had were a broken disposal, no conditioner in either shower. As soon as we called they came very quickly to fix the garbage disposal and bring extra shampoo and conditioner. Overall we were very happy and would definately rent again at Christmas Mountain through VRBO
