Very quiet, individual and light architect house built in 2018/19 with 130 m² living space for up to 6 people. Bright and friendly furnishings and wooden floorboards (oak or Pine) in the living rooms and terracotta tiles in the bathrooms, the conservatory and the entrance area. Gas heating with solar assistance. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, in the conservatory and the entrance hallway. Large garden, two wooden terraces and garden shed. Living-dining room with integrated kitchen and separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, winter garden, gallery, 2 bathrooms: shower room with sauna on the ground floor, bathroom on the first floor, pantry. Washing machine in the utility room. In the outdoor area cozy hanging seat and children's swing. Bakers, restaurants and fresh market within walking distance.
