Sugar Shack is your perfect vacation spot. Located right in the heart of Garden City Beach, and less than a 1.5 minute walk to beach access! The main floor of this home features an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen and convenient breakfast bar with plenty of seating adjacent to the dining area and main living room. This home offers furnished porches, poolside living space with TV, two living areas, and ample parking. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Nice House with Excellent Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sugar Shack is a beautiful home with a spacious layout, plenty of indoor & outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the beach. The screened front porch was relaxing in the mornings, and the pool/patio was a perfect break from the beach. Movie night was great on the outside pool patio in the evening. Two master bedrooms, one on each level were a nice touch. A quick 3 minute easy walk to beach access (150 yards away). The only complaint is that the house wasn't as clean as it should have been. Bedroom ceiling fans had a thick layer of dust collected on the blades and hanging off of them, food was still on the back of the kitchen chairs, etc. I would suggest the Management Company find a new cleaner. Otherwise, the house is amazing.
