Both homes have separate, private hot tub areas in the back yards, heated 24/7 and professionally maintained up to 2 times per week at no additional separate charge.
The property also includes games for everyone including a 14’ shuffleboard table, Air Hockey table, Corn hole, Axe Throwing (yes, Axe throwing and kid friendly :) and more!

Good times had by all!

There were 11 of us retired adults who had a cousins' reunion for five days. The villa and the house were perfect for our us as we needed six bedrooms. The house was better stocked than at any other VRBO we've stayed at and when we had a question, we got an answer within just a couple of minutes. We are talking about going back next year to rent this villa/house arrangement!

Great location-Convenient with boat

Great 80th birthday celebration weekend for Mom. 10 people / 3 generations there was space and activities for everyone. Home had great amenities-we cooked all meals in the main house. Ample parking for the group, including boat without unhitching. Location is close to boat ramp, and walking distance to hiking trails and restaurants. Highly recommend for large groups

Why they chose this property

This is one of my favorite properties. Newly renovated and modern, comfy and located minutes from Windsor Beach launch ramp. This property has two separate renovated homes with combined 6 Bedrooms (3 King beds :-) an 85" and 82" 4k tv (6 TV's total), 2 separate kitchens, 2 laundry areas, 4 garage spaces, on site parking for both cars and toys. Privacy and luxury within this walled compound and a wonderful sitting area and hot tub.
