Wohnung ist unakzeptabel

Die Wohnungsreinigung vom Vormieter wurde erst 15:05 begonnen. Erst um 16:00 war der Bezug möglich. Die Wohnung war wie die Bestuhlung des Balkons verschmutzt. Der Staubsaugerkopf mit festsitzendem Dreck des Bürstenkranzes nicht zu gebrauchen. Der StSauger hat Schmutz u. Sand vor sich hergeschoben ohne aufzusaugen. Das Dachflächenfenster und die Balkontür sind defekt und nicht zu öffnen. Es bestand die Gefahr, dass die Balkontür oben aushakt und einem auf den Kopf fällt. Die Dusche hat nur 3 Sekunden duschmögliches Warmwasser, dann 3 Sek brühheiss und 30 Sekunden eiskalt (zählen Sie bis 30-wie lange das dauert wenn man duscht!). Die Parkplätze sind so kurz, dass man alleine nicht einparken kann. Insgesamt ist eine Miete der Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Wir fordern eine Erstattung von 100.-€ der Reinigungskosten von 189,-€

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Abstrichen

Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, es ist nicht weit bis zum Strand und zur Einkaufsstraße. Im Internet wirken die Bilder von der Wohnung freundlich und hell. In Wirklichkeit ist sie etwas dunkel gehalten und einige Möbel wurden auch umgestellt. Für die Terrassenstühle fehlen die Auflagen und die Fenster waren auch sehr schmutzig. Außerdem gibt es viele Elektrogeräte, aber leider fehlen die dazugehörigen Anleitungen. Es war nicht auszumachen, welche Fahrräder zur Wohnung gehören, was aber auch Schlussendlich auch egal ist, da alle sechs im Keller stehenden Fahrräder nicht verkehrstauglich waren und ohne Material auch nicht verkehrstauglich zu machen waren.

Tolle Wohnung

Diese Wohnung haben wir schon vor Corona ins Auge gefasst und wurde nach einer pandemiebedingten Verschiebung nicht enttäuscht. Wir waren ganz in Familie dort und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was man so als Großfamilie benötigt. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet. Und was fehlt, holt man gegenüber im EDEKA. Wir sind also sehr begeistert und kommen wieder.
