Leider sehr enttäuschend......

Leider entsprach die Immobilie nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Mülltonnen waren alle überfüllt, Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, Elektrogeräte teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen ( Die Kaffemaschine benötigte ca. 45 Minuten bis sie durchgelaufen war ) Wir können diese Immobilie überhaupt nicht weiter empfehlen, absolut nicht dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis entsprechend, wir werden ganz bestimmt nicht nocheinmal wiederkommen.

Schöne Lage

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und zwei Hunde. Es war eine tolle Landschaft und viel Ruhe. Wir konnten im Garten ernten und schöne Ausflüge zum Meer und Umgebung machen.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen 4 Kindern und 2 Hunden in dem Domizil.es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,wir haben schöne Abende auf der überdachten Terrasse verbracht.Der Gemüse Garten den wir mit beernten duften hat die Kinder zum probieren angeregt.einziger Punkt abzug.imn der Beschreibung stand komplett eingezäunter Garten!der Zaun war leider nicht vorhanden .ansonsten gern wieder.

Super Unterkunf

Es war total schön und sauber alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt sogar mehr als gedacht. Die Gastgeber ware super nett und völlig entspannt!!!! Wir sind sind mit 4 Erwachsenen 3 teenagers und einen kleinkinder plus Hund da gewesen und wir können es nur empfehlen

Ruhiger Familienurlaub

Alles im allen war unser Aufenthalt ein schöner Familienurlaub. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war super. Das Haus war sauber, die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet. Allerdings war kein Internet bzw. WLAN im Haus vorhanden. Dies sollte schon verfügbar sein, wenn es im Inserat steht.

Urlaub in Warnkenhagen

Positiv: das Haus war sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Sauna und Billiard/Tischtennis wurde im Nachbargebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite angeboten und war auch super, andere Gäste konnten dies auch nutzen. Negativ: das Haus hatte äußerlich noch ein wenig DDR Charme, innen war zwar renoviert aber teilweise schon vor längerer Zeit. Die Einrichtung machte z.T. einen zusammengesuchten Eindruck und es roch in einigen Räumen etwas muffig. Das obere Bad war sehr einfach (kein Foto auf der Internetseite), ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng. Für den Preis hätten wir da etwas mehr erwartet.

Ihr ward mit 7 Nächte in der Hochsaison bei uns für 1219€ 7 Nächte mit 7 Personen. Gerne begrüßen wir Euch in unseren weiteren sehr hochwertigen Häusern, ein vergleichbarer Aufenthalt würde mehr als das doppelte kosten. Danke für Eurer Verständnis. Viele herzliche Grüße Maximilian

Familienurlaub

Haus mit viel Charme und viel Flair. Das vorhandene Potenzial ist ausbaufähig . EG war in Ordnung , OG könnte man besser und moderner ausbauen, das passt nicht zum EG vom Haus . Muffige Zimmer und Bad im OG Badezimmer im OG war nicht sauber . Es gibt viele Mängel im und am Haus . Das Haus ist modernisierungsbedürftig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt leider nicht !
