The exclusive and lovingly furnished 3-room balcony apartment is located on the 1st Floor in the apartment building 'Südwind' and can also be reached by elevator. All rooms are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The bedroom and living room have direct access to a balcony. Beach chair, balcony chairs and table invite you to linger. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and the most modern television. In the living area there is a large couch, armchair and table, as well as the most modern cable / TV, free WiFi, radio with CD. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a dining table with comfortable seating. In the bathroom you will find a bath tub in addition to the toilet and shower. A large storage room offers additional storage space. The large panoramic windows invite you to look into the dune forest to the Baltic Sea. In the house there are 2 saunas, 1 swimming pool, a wellness area, as well as 2 coin-operated washing machines and 2 coin dryers. The apartment has its own parking space. A covered bike rack can be used by the children's playground.

Wir fühlten uns zum zweiten mal sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Sie ist tip-top sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool im Keller lädt am Abend zum schwimmen ein, trotzdem er ein paar Grad wärmer sein könnte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Schöner Strandurlaub mit Sauna und Pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche mit sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten aus dem Objekt: wir konnten problemlos die Saunen und den Poolbereich benutzen, ebenso den kleinen Fitnessraum. Die FW hatte eine schöne Aufteilung, bequeme Matratzen und einen Strankorb auf dem Balkon, auf dem wir sehr oft unser Frühstück genossen haben. Wir würden definitiv die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub in Zempin

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer gepflegten, ruhigen Anlage und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Sauberkeit war gut! Ein bisschen was zu verbessern gäbe es aber schon, wenn ich mir was wünschen dürfte: - die Kopfkissen waren schon sehr lange in Gebrauch und nicht mehr formbar - für das Wäschepaket (Handtücher und Bettwäsche) pro Person 30€ finde ich schon sehr hoch angesetzt (daher auch nicht genutzt] - bisher gab es in jeder meiner gebuchten Ferienwohnungen einen Haartrockner, daher hab ich dieses Mal keinen eingepackt, hier gab es leider keinen. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt aber sehr gut gefallen und können das Appartement nur empfehlen.

Es war alles super von der Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer von der Wohnung bis Check out;) Lage ist super - nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und Restaurant (Wiking) wo man gut essen kann. Das Apartment ist gut mit Sachen bzw. Haushalts Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet (in der Küche, im Schlafzimmer und Bad). Ein großes Lob an Hr. Heinze für die schöne Wohnung;) und schnelle Rückmeldungen) Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Tolle Wohnung, tolles Haus

Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Die Wohnung war Tip top sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Genug Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Das Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Einfach nur perfekt. Ein großer Balkon, den wir wegen des Wetters nichtmehr genutzt haben. Aber im Frühjahr oder Sommer mit Sicherheit ganz toll ist. Wir haben uns sehr auf den Pool gefreut, was auch ein toller Bereich im Keller ist mit Sauna und Ruheräume. Leider hatten wir das Pech, das die Heizanlage des Pools defekt war und wir einmal im eiskalten Wasser gebadet haben und dann nie wieder. Da gibt es leider einen großen Minuspunkt, denn genau das braucht man in der kalten Jahreszeit wenn das Wetter draußen nichtmehr so schön ist mit Kindern. Die Kinder waren sehr enttäuscht darüber. Dennoch würden wir wieder kommen und hofeni, das der Pool das nächste mal wieder funktionstüchtig ist. LG

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung. Super mit Kindern, da der Strand nur 2 Minuten entfernt ist. Einziger Mangel, das Schwimmbad hatte einen technischen Defekt und nur eine Wassertemperatur von 21 Grad.

Die Wohnung sehr schön! Gepflegt und alles da was man braucht. Auch unsere Mutti (80) konnte gut den Strand erreichen. Überall nette Leute. Strandkorb direkt am Strandaufgang mietbar. Kleiner Imbiss und Toilette vorhanden. Super geeignet für ältere Menschen. Toller Strand! Kleiner Wehmutstropfen….das Schwimmbad im Objekt sehr kühl temperiert und daher für ältere Menschen wie unsere Mutter nicht nutzbar. Wir, 20 Jahre jünger, haben die See vorgezogen. Vielleicht kann da noch mal geschaut werden. Ansonsten….top, supi, garnix zu meckern!!!!! Danke!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war mit Allem eingerichtet was man sich nur wünschen konnte. Die Betten war sehr bequem. Die Lage - sehr ruhig. Leider funktionierte das Telefon überhaupt nicht. Kein Empfang. Und leider war der Balkon überwiegend im Schatten. Das ist aber auch das Einzigste was wir bemängeln könnten.

Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen und bestens ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank des tollen Wetters, konnten wir den Balkon mit Blick in den Wald jeden Tag genießen. Für uns ideal, da nicht zu sonnig. Wir können die Fewo auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
