Das einzeln stehende und 2018 erbaute Mobilehome ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich auf einem Campingplatz. Auch wegen der sonnigen Hanglage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Schaukel, Sandkasten, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel. WLAN Internet nur an öffentlichen Stellen wie an der Rezeption, am Pool und im Restaurant verfügbar.
