Bella Lago South End of Island IAN UPDATED

Hurricane Ian update!
Our Condo just like the entire Island has suffered some kind of Damage, our Elevators our grounds, roof, pool, landscaping, and other amenities have greatly been effected, however the structure & integrity of the building has not. But we have made tremendous gains in renovations of moving forward to fixing many of these issues however fixing all of them will take many many months. Our personal Condo did not suffer any interior damage ( beyond thankful), so our interiors is still like the pictures shown. We are hoping to receive our CO to be able to rent again very soon, but I want to make very clear our Development is still undergoing construction even tho our roofs are dried in they will soon start replacing the old roof, our elevators are still several months out from getting fixed, we are on the 4th floor and do have 2 sets of stairways, still working on gates on grounds, still working on removal of landscaping and replacing. so in saying all of this if you are looking to come to the island we would love to have you but please please know whether its at our condo or down the street Construction and rebuilding is all around and will be apart of our lives for many years to come. We do have a clear beach access directly in front of our condo, our pool & hot tub is all back up & running as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. I do plan on updating exterior photos to what our grounds look like 07/23 We are very excited to see all the New Ft Myers Beach Has to offer and come back greater & stronger!
