Absolute tranquillity is guaranteed here. This renovated finca for 10 people is located between Campos and Santanyí, in a beautiful location with far-reaching panoramic views. The pool with covered seating area and small outdoor kitchen is particularly beautiful. The 20-hectare property is covered with old almond, fig and carob trees and is truly a special place for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, no neighbors in sight, the nearest house is one kilometer away.

First floor:
Here you will find the large dining and living area, a bath and a double bedroom with two single beds (each 100 cm x 200 cm) with en suite shower room and the kitchen. The rooms on the ground floor are equipped with central heating, which can be switched on if required. The finca has a living area of 200 sqm and has high-quality rustic Mallorcan furnishings.

Second floor:
Here there is a second living room, also with satellite TV and four bedrooms, two with single beds (100 cm x 200 cm each) and two with double beds (150 cm x 190 cm and 150 cm x 200 cm), all with en suite bathrooms.

Exterior:
This finca is situated on a large plot, not far from the beautiful beaches of the east coast. Here, guests will find real peace and seclusion and at the same time can quickly reach the sea or the nearest town. An ideal retreat. The house has a table tennis table, an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor pool.

Pool:
5 m x 10 m, depth 60 cm - 170 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine.

Arrival and minimum stay:
In high season, arrivals and departures are generally only possible on Saturdays. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Cleaning:
Final cleaning 150€, intermediate cleaning is not offered. Towel/bed linen change included after 7 days.
