Lovingly managed finca with pool and beautiful garden - Casa Magdalena

This comfortable finca with spacious rooms for 10 people near Felanitx has an idyllic garden with a large swimming pool and children's pool. Casa Magdalena is one of our favorite houses, we have been renting it out for over 20 years. The Mallorcan owners take very good care of the house and their guests.

First floor:
On the first floor is the traditional Mallorcan kitchen, which has a large gas stove. Next to it is a spacious dining room and a large living room with a wood-burning stove. The living area opens out onto the beautiful garden. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a shower room and a guest WC. The interior design of the finca focuses primarily on natural wood. Almost the entire interior is made of natural wood and makes the finca appear very cozy.

Second floor:
There are four bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), two others are each furnished with two single beds (105 cm x 200 cm). The third room has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm). The four rooms have an en suite bathroom. An external staircase leads to the pool area via the beautiful roof terrace. The entire building has central heating so that the house can also be rented in winter and from 2023 there will be air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Outdoor area:
On the 5000 sqm grounds there is a beautiful, well-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, ideal for an extended breakfast or barbecue by the pool with terrace. There are various fruit trees in the garden, depending on the season you can pick the fresh fruit and enjoy the shade under the trees. The house is secured by an alarm system, which can be activated on request.

Pool:
12 m x 6 m. Depth: 120 cm - 210 cm. Stair access. Children's pool: depth 60 cm, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, cleaning with chlorine.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 10 am on the day of arrival. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning incl. every 7th day. Towels for changing are provided in the house.
