Welcome to our newly updated Traverse City getaway. You will have access to the entire home, which is only 3.5 miles from the heart of Traverse City and only 0.7 miles from State Park Beach. We have private parking for 3 vehicles (1 car attached garage + driveway) and Uber/Lyft does service this area as well.

In the large, secluded and fully privacy fenced backyard, you will find a private hot tub (open year round), large picnic table and fire pit.

In the finished basement, you will find a comfortable couch, large screen smart TV, pool table and foosball table.

The main floor features a nicely flowing floor plan with kitchen/dining area and great room all combined in an open atmosphere. The main floor features a laundry room, 1.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms along with an attached 1 car garage.

Bedroom 1: King bed w/large Smart TV. (sleeps 2 total)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2 total)

Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (4 beds total)

Full bathroom: tub/shower combo with blow dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with fresh towels.

Half bathroom: attached to the laundry room with washer and dryer, this bathroom features toilet and sink/vanity, laundry detergent, clothes steamer and clothes iron.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need! Coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, measuring cups, plates, cups, silverware and anything you could need to prepare and eat a full meal! Coffee maker is a traditional machine that takes coffee grounds - grounds and filters not provided. In regards to appliances, we do NOT have a dishwasher but DO have a full size refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and garbage disposal.

The house is climate controlled with a forced air furnace AND central air conditioning. Each bedroom also has a box fan in the closet. The home does have high-speed internet and features a total of 3 Smart TVs. The TVs are in the living room, largest bedroom and finished basement.
