Discover your cosy 3-room house on a sunny south-facing slope, combining a quiet location with breathtaking views. The part of the house in idyllic Gubel, 1100 metres above the picturesque village of Alt St. Johann, offers you an oasis of relaxation. Here you can leave everyday life behind you and enjoy the marvellous view over the whole valley and the Churfirsten. The child-friendly area, nestled in the heart of the hiking region, makes this accommodation the ideal starting point for your family adventures. And for the little ones, we are happy to provide a cot on request.
Inside, a lovingly furnished living area awaits you, equipped with a dining table, corner bench and chairs for up to 6 people. The bedroom offers comfort as well as practical elements such as a washbasin, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with mirror and bedside tables with reading lamps. The kitchen is equipped with standardised crockery for 6 people and offers you the opportunity to enjoy culinary evenings with a fondue or raclette oven (available from the landlord) and a barbecue.
The outdoor area invites you to savour the sun and tranquillity with a garden and garden seating area. Experience pure relaxation while admiring the wonderful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. Whether you simply want to sit in the sun or perhaps plan a barbecue evening with the family, the garden area provides the perfect setting for unforgettable moments.
The surroundings of the Gubel holiday home leave nothing to be desired. Situated right in the centre of the hiking area, the location offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as mountaineering, ice skating, mountain biking and skiing. Excursions to the mountains with cable cars, the Saagenweg, the Klangweg, the Unterwasser swimming pool and the indoor pool in Nesslau offer a variety of leisure activities. From August 2020, "Oskar" - the Eastern Switzerland Guest Card - will also be available for further experiences.
