Welcome to Adelaide Sunset, a unique private setting off of the prime Adelaide District Winery Trail in the heart of Wine Country. This beautiful home is located on a hillside setting with stunning views as you relax and enjoy Paso Robles, home to the best wine region in the nation according to travel awards and contests alike. This home has everything you could want for a perfect wine country getaway. Events like the Mid State Fair, Pasa Wine Fest, and Pasa Harvest Month will keep everyone entertained. Nearby wineries include Le Cuvier, Daou, Adelaide, and Lone Madrone.

The open floor plan makes interacting easy. Relax in the comfortable living area. When hunger strikes, step into the well-appointed kitchen to whip up something tasty. The kitchen features a double oven and a six-burner stove, granite countertops, an island, and additional counter seating. There are two dining spaces indoors, or you can dine alfresco outside on the covered patio.

Spend your downtime in the game room for some billiards. Or, use the grassy lawn to have a picnic or play yard games. Evenings will be well-spent relaxing on the porch or in the hot tub.

At night, rest your head in one of five bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom, a TV, and a private balcony.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: This unit has active security cameras above the front entry and driveway areas facing the front of the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
