Private Ranch House Resort

In the Heart of SLO Wine Country and only 15 Minutes to the Beach. This property is a 5 acre estate. The house is expansive and is divided into two suites. There is a master suite with king size bed. The master suite has spa access just outside the bedroom door. The master suite has its own laundry, full kitchen with oven, open dining room, large living room with wood burning fireplace. Outside of the living room is a patio area with a fire pit, and gated swimming pool complete with diving board. The guest suite has two bedrooms, one large bathroom, a living room, and kitchenette. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. The living room has flat screen Satelite TV and futon sofa bed. The kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and induction plate. Both suites have access to a fenced yard and patio with outdoor pool, barbeque and fire pit.

This is a dream home, as romantic and serene as they come. Sit poolside and just lounge and read a book. Listen to the sounds of nature.

Meanwhile my favorite seaside towns are only a few minutes away.

Very peaceful get-away, serene setting such that you never have to leave. Go for a walk on the 5 acres, a swim in the pool, or just relax and take in the scenery and wildlife.
