Casa de Robles - "Oak House"
This modern single level Spanish style home is nestled in the west side oak tree covered hills. Casa de Robles is located perfectly for all that the Paso Robles Wine country has to offer, yet still feels away from it all in nature. Natural light abounds from well placed skylights to numerous windows and patio sliders. Drive time to the Templeton square is 9 minutes, downtown Atascadero is 7 minutes, Tin City is 11 minutes and the downtown Paso Square is 13 minutes. The three bedrooms all have kings beds with En suite access to their own bathroom. A modern open design kitchen boasts an extra large island for entertaining. Outdoor entertainment area features a pool and spa, patio seating area, dining table, gas BBQ, fenced yard and relaxing oak tree covered hills with amazing night time stargazing. Pool can be heated, extra charge of $125 applies.

This West Side 3BR/3BA Spanish style house on 2+ acres is the ideal setting to experience the Paso Robles Wine Country. Located on the southern edge of the Templeton Gap AVA this area experiences the most maritime climate in the greater Paso Robles region, thus avoiding the high summer heat experienced on the east side of Paso. Minutes away from the finest wineries in the region: Turley 6.7 miles, Niner 8.1 miles, Castoro 7.6 miles, Linne Calado 7.7 miles, Denner 10 miles, Bella Luna 6.6 miles, Donati 7.4 miles, J Dusi 8.9 miles, L' Aventure 11 miles and many more! Convenient access to shopping and coffee, Starbucks 2.9 miles, Human Bean 4.2 miles, Trader Joe's 4.3 miles, Target 7.4 miles, Vons 4.8 miles. Quick access to the 101 and Hwy 46 West makes this location a highly coveted destination. Not your typical vacation rental, the house and property is meticulously maintained and clean. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The primary bedroom en suite is furnished with a King bed, fireplace and direct exterior access, via a large slider, to patio and pool. The bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, walk in closet and a zero-entry walk in luxury shower. The second bedroom en suite has a King bed with direct access to the pool an oversize walk-in shower with access to the pool. The third en suite Bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet and shower tub combo, and a 50" Smart TV.
LIVING AREA:
The central gathering space is the open-concept kitchen and great room! An all new gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a quartz backsplash, is appointed with everything you need to create tasty dishes to match the wonderful new Paso wines you've collected. There is a large island with 6 bar-stools to accommodate buffets, extra seating, or socializing with the chef. We have a Keurig Coffee maker and the fridge has a filtered dispenser that can fill your Yeti/Stanley bottle. Off the kitchen is a larger slider with access to patio and pool.
The great room has a comfy sofa and 2 side chairs with enough room to pull up a few more seats, if needed. You'll all fit around the 60" Smart TV to watch the game, or your favorite movie. We have a record player for your vinyl collection or enjoy some of ours. You can connect via Bluetooth to our sound bar to dial up your tunes off your smart phone music apps. There's a large dining table with seating for 6.
OUTSIDE:
The back yard is where the real fun happens - this backyard has it all! Cool off in the pool, lounge in the seating area on the surrounding deck, or unwind in the hot tub, pool has a sun shelf with umbrella holes. Dine "al fresco" at the outdoor dining table or enjoy cocktails while setting at the bar counter that has a pass-thru window to converse with your fellow guests in the kitchen. Throw something on the grill and enjoy a fun game of corn hole while waiting. The yard is fenced with self closing safety gates.
AMENITIES:
We furnish personal amenities, including, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, and blow dryers in all 3 bathrooms, as well as kitchen and laundry necessities - detergents and trash bags. The kitchen has all the essentials: salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, cooking utensils, and service for 6.
PLEASE NOTE:
POOL: It has a safety cover, but it does not work if it's not closed after pool usage. Pool is for paid guest use only. Guests assume all liability associated with pool use and agree to sign pool acknowledgement and waiver form. You are 100% responsible for the safety of any children you bring to the property; children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and children under 6 must wear a life jacket when the pool cover and/or hot tub is opened. Misuse of the pool safety cover may result in additional charges for repairs. No glass in the pool/spa area.
HOT TUB: Hot tub is for paid guest use only. Guests assume all liability associated with hot tub use and agree to follow the posted rules. Hot tub must be covered when not in use. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The hot tub must remain CLOSED when not in use. In the event that the pool and or hot tub requires draining due to glass breakage or misuse, guests will be charged $350 for cleaning and refilling.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, yard, patio, pool and hot tub. Plenty of off street parking is available on the semi-circular driveway. Encountering wildlife is very common on this property. Please slow down while driving thru our neighborhood as deer are very common. Don't be surprised to see raccoons, wild turkeys, squirrels, turkey vultures, hummingbirds, foxes, blue jays and hawks as well. We have security cameras that face towards driveway, street and the front courtyard entrance. The cameras also cover the gates that grant access to the backyard. FYI....Gardner usually comes on Thursday and Pool service is Thursday or Friday AM. We have a small vineyard on the property so from time to time the crew comes by to work the vines. Enjoy your stay!
