Minutes from anywhere

This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.

We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.

I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

My name is Josh. I've been running a vacation rental for over 4 yrs now. It's been a great experience and I've met many wonderful people.
I live downstairs with my daughter, and our cat and dog. My day job is a crane operator at a local steel mill. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time on the local rivers. There are some great places here for kayaking, fishing, and sailing.

Our property is conveniently located in the middle of the Quad Cities and very near interstate access, so getting to anywhere is pretty simple.
