Welcome to our private home, located just a few minutes away from Liberty and University of Lynchburg. The house features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, perfect for couples, singles, or a small family looking for a quiet place to relax during their travels.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, desk, and TV, making it an ideal space to unwind and relax. There is also one bathroom in the house with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink.

The first bedroom comes with a queen bed and a nightstand with a lamp, while the second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and closet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. We also provide essential cookware and a coffee maker for your convenience. You can enjoy your meals at the table and chairs provided in the kitchen.

Please note that the house has a small water heater, which means there may not be enough hot water for all guests to take showers at once. If you need to take a shower, you may need to wait a little while.

We would like to remind our guests that pets are not allowed on the property. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, a $350 cleaning fee plus damages will be charged, and the pet must be removed immediately.

Wonderful Little House

This was the perfect house to stay at while visiting my son who attends LU. It’s in a great neighborhood and so convenient to the campus. Two of his friends joined us for dinner a couple of times so it was great to have the space to be cooking and eating together. And the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The house is decorated so nicely and it’s very clean. We enjoyed a fun time with the games that are provided by the owner. The mattresses were very comfortable (my son loved leaving the dorm and sleeping on his wonderful mattress for 2 nights!) I highly recommend this lovely home!!

Cottage for a swim meet

This was the perfect location from the Liberty natatorium. It was a cozy place to sleep after long days at the pool. We especially enjoyed sitting in the back yard.

Perfect property

This property was perfect in every way. It was spotlessly clean...obviously well cared for down to each meticulous detail. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were nice. The location was great, and neighborhood was quiet, and it was well stocked with everything we could have needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and cozy

This is our second time staying and we hope to return. This cottage is perfect for us and our pup. Neighbors are friendly and the home has all we need plus some!

Sweet bungalow with all the comforts of home

CLEAN! So very clean and well maintained. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you may need. It's a charming little house and you cannot beat the location. I had a wonderful time visiting my son who attends Liberty University. I highly recommend the Fort Hill cottage and I will be back again! Thank you!
