LIVING SPACES

From the moment you enter the front door, this home is refreshingly unique. The comfortable living room is outfitted with a cozy area rug over marble floors and a well-positioned seating group with convenient tables for drinks and snacks.

Between striking stained glass windows, tall ceilings, abundant natural light, and a wood-burning fireplace, this space offers a most special ambiance. It’s a room that will feel like home from the first time you enter it.

Beyond the kitchen is a second living space housed in a regal den, with a plush sofa, and a dedicated work space with a gorgeous live-edge desk, and two office chairs. Pulling the space together is yet another piece of colorful and vibrant stained glass.

KITCHEN AND DINING

As befitting a home of such delightful character, the kitchen is a distinctive masterpiece, with custom mosaic-like cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dramatic black counters, and a neutral backsplash. When the family chef has finished creating their culinary magic, a dine-in table awaits. Though compactly sized, kitchen storage is plentiful for all the goodies you may decide to bring along.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

The basement level offers additional sleeping facilities, with both a king bed and a full-sized bed. These are separate bedrooms.
