2021 5th Wheel RV, 2bdr, 1.5 bth with boat dock on open water, sleeps 9. In El Mar RV Resort
The toy hauler/bunkhouse RV is over 44ft long, sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 queen sized bunk beds in garage with its own separate entrance, and half bath. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, bluetooth stereo & 3 flat screen TVs. The living room has theater seats with heat and massage, and a loft bed over the garage. Master has small desk & King adjustable bed, & access to the full bath. New gas grill and outdoor refrigerator/ice maker. Big porch with chairs and excellent shade under awnings. The unit is on the open water and gets beautiful sunsets. Also includes a boat dock and deep water access. Boat trailer storage is not included or possible at site, but I can recommend some places.
