This home does everything BIG, including oversized living and family rooms, spacious bedrooms (three king beds, two queen beds!), an extended second floor loft, and an oversized saltwater pool to top it all off.

You're only a few minutes from the one of the best beaches in Palm Beach, shopping, nightlife, and so much entertainment.

The Tradewind Estate located in a beautifully manicured, well established neighborhood boasts tons of entertainment and lounge space for the entire family to enjoy, each with large Smart TVs (with hundreds of cable channels).

The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of storage/counter space, high quality kitchenware and stainless-steel appliances. Perfect for groups who love to cook.

Each bedrooms features soft, white linens for comfort and tons of storage space!

Bedroom 1: Crème de la crème Room - Master bedroom with King-sized bed and Smart TV. There is an en-suite bathroom as well.

Bedroom 2: The Blue Majesty Room - King-sized Bed with Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: The Green Room - Queen-sized bed!

Loft: Large loft area with a King-sized bed and a queen-sized pull out couch!

You'll enjoy all of this plus a lounge backyard with two separate dining/seating areas overlooking the saltwater pool! Saltwater pools are known to be great for the skin, pores and aids in reduction of inflammation.

** We are a pet-friendly home! ** Dogs are negotiable and approved depending on the dog. $50/night per pet if accepted. 2 pets maximum. If pet is found upon arrival or to have occupied the home without prior approval, $75/night pet fee will be charged.

This home does not accommodate parties, gatherings or events of any kind. If you are looking to throw an event or party, this home is not for you.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire home and all of its facilities. You will not have access to the garage as it is used as home storage.

The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with working families and elderly people; quiet hours are from 9pm-9am everyday.

** There is a $500 security deposit that will be taken in addition to the reservation amount. This is fully refundable.
