The beach is about 12-15 minutes walk

Beautiful Non smoking apartment for 2 to 3 people in the house Spiekeroog.
The apartment has a living / dining area, the kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need, a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower

Es geht sauberer...

Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fleckiger Teppichboden. Unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/Wänden. Zum Teil waren die Geräte/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Anreise 08.06.23 - Abreise 09.06.23 . Die Wohnung stank nach Duftoel und Raumspray ,die Fenster waren dreckig und hatten anhaftungen von Spinnengewebe . Das Geschirr und die Kaffeekannen waren dreckig,es gab keinen TV empfang ,die Duscharmatur war defekt ,Bett für 2 Personen zu weich (Rückenschmerzen ) ,Schlafzimmer für Allergiker nicht geeignet ( starker modergeruch ,schimmelgeruch bei einsatz eines Beatmungsgerätes ).Ist es den Eigentümern egal , wie Ihre Wohnung präsentiert wird .

Perfekte Nähe zum Meer

Super Lage. Direkt am Meer. Tolle Restaurants. Supermarkt, der auch Sonntags offen hat. Leider absolut kein Internet oder Empfang. Ansonsten super schöne Lage und ideal zum Erholen.

Finsteres Apartment in einem Apartmentkomplex

In der Beschreibung war von einer "Ferienhaussiedlung" die Rede. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um einen etwas monströs wirkenden Apartmentkomplex mit vierstöckigen Häusern. Das Foto der Terrasse in der Beschreibung erzeugt einen falschen Eindruck. Die sehr dunkle Erdgeschosswohnung liegt an der Nordseite und es fällt allenfalls am frühen Morgen etwas Sonne auf die Terrasse.
