About this property

Villa carefree suite in newly built attic

Newly built attic suite on 100m2 floor space. You can expect individually designed rooms with fantastic views to the Tyrolean Kaiser Mountains. We were inspired by Arosa Kitzbühel and Farrow and Ball. Suitable for couples who appreciate upscale, modern decor as well as an individual design (mix of rustic cabins and English country style). There is a cozy barrel sauna available. The kitchen is small but nice, equipped with a steamer.

Gemütlich

Gastgeberin war sehr sehr bemüht. Feuerholz mit Anzünder waren einfach da, sogar Blumen standen auf dem Tisch. Auch Kaffeepads waren vorausschauend da. Super Terasse mit Ausblick und sehr schöne Stabile Terassenstühle. Als wir ein Portemonaie vergessen haben, hat sie uns es per Einschreiben nachgeschickt. Sehr vertrauen und sehr angenehm.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Familie Bruchhäuser ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist mit modernster Technik ausgestattet. In Grassau bekommt man alles für den Tagesbedarf. Für Ausflüge liegt man in Grassau sehr zentral. Waren in Rosenheim, am. Gießer, Ruhpolding und am Achensee.

Toller Panoramablick vom Balkon

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung zu Dritt eine schöne Zeit verlebt. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr geräumig, nur die Küche ist für größere Kochevents zu klein, aber für Frühstück und kleinere Mahlzeiten völliger ausreichend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche in der Gegend. Im Garten dürften wir das Trampolin nutzen.
