We appreciate you and your family for staying with us. It is very sad that you and your husband had to stay in separate locations. This is the first time we are hearing about this. We wish you could’ve shared this with us during your stay. 7 cars can park on the property; there is overflow parking at the clubhouse. We are also among the few owners here who have multiple side by side here plus in nearby communities so we are confident we would have found a solution for you had we known about it on time. The game room was functional at the time of your arrival. Many a times, unsupervised children cause damage(s). We request that guests inform us immediately; again, we are hearing this here for the first time. We have a game technician on hand whose role is to resolve issues with games in real time. The pool is fine. Our 3rd party company has been managing it and resolving issues quickly. On the issues about stains on 2 pillows, we were not informed during your stay or given the opportunity to rectify it. We have a great 3rd party cleaning company that has been handling our cleaning for years. They really work hard to ensure this is not part of anyone’s experience as our company requires. Had you simply let us known during your stay, we would have replaced it immediately. Our staff do wellness checks every day to ensure guests are comfortable. What we do not know, we cannot address.
