There is a large open modern kitchen, equipped with: 4 ring ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, water cooker, dishes, pots. *** At the windows there are roller shutters. Free wireless Internet access is available. Supermarket and bakery approx. 100 m away. The subway Nollendorfpaltz can be reached in 4 minutes. In 15 minutes you reach the KaDeWe and the Kurfürstendamm on foot. The guest receives a key for the gate. The host speaks German, English.

Super Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeber waren beim Checkin flexibel und konnten meinen Eltern so eine bequeme Anreise ermöglichen. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Für 5 Erwachsene die optimale Größe, vor allem wenn man eh den ganzen Tag in Berlin unterwegs ist. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und man ist schnell bei den nächsten Haltestellen. Nur zu empfehlen :)

Geburtstagsreise, mit Charité museum

Tolle wohnung mit super verkehrs anbindung. Die zwei schlafzimmer zum garten sind schön ruhig, zur Straße hört man überwiegend die fussgänger, die sich laut unterhalten, da Erdgeschoß. Es ist alles da, zum kochen für einige personen etwas eng, aber es ist gastronomie fußläufig, verschiedenster art.

Christmas in Berlin Dec 8-16, 2024

We have traveled a lot, domestic and international. It is rare I leave a review good or bad, but this was such an enjoyable experience I really wanted to leave a positive review for anyone considering this property. My daughter is a student in Berlin, so we spent time with her and visiting the Christmas markets. The location was convenient for buses and subways to get anywhere. The flat was clean, well appointed, and quiet. The owner is local and easy to communicate with. (This was a huge benefit since the three of us traveling, had various flight and luggage issues.) the owner was very responsive to any questions. We would absolutely book again in the future.
