The apartment is located in the courtyard (both bedrooms) and to the street (living room). *** 1. Bedroom: double bed (180x200), TV, chest of drawers, two armchairs and a wardrobe. ** 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (180 x 200) a chest of drawers. ** Living room: a sofa, an armchair, a stool, a TV, a television. There are two bathrooms with showers, hand wash basin, toilet, hair dryer, window. There is a large open modern kitchen, equipped with: 4 ring ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, water cooker, dishes, pots. *** At the windows there are roller shutters. Free wireless Internet access is available. Supermarket and bakery approx. 100 m away. The subway Nollendorfpaltz can be reached in 4 minutes. In 15 minutes you reach the KaDeWe and the Kurfürstendamm on foot. The guest receives a key for the gate. The host speaks German, English.

Clean, comfortable apartment where we spent a lovely week with our adult daughter. Very convenient to transit, groceries, and lots of fun cafes and shops. The hosts were welding and helpful. A great stay!

Great little apartment in a fabulous location

The location of this apartment is great with good transport links into the city centre a short walk away. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance and a great little supermarket as well. The area also benefits from a lovely street market on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The host was also really attentive. For our stay the apartment was set up for 3 bedrooms which meant no lounge but that did not matter as the kitchen has a table that you can sit round and there are lounge chairs in the bedrooms. I would definitely book this apartment again if we visit Berlin in the future

Friendly, fullsize apartment

It was a great choice for us: three gay men visiting Berlin for fun. We each had our own room. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, etc. Great location, fun to explore the area. Host was cheerful and very responsive, even getting us a microwave oven when we noticed there wasn't one. TV in each bedroom, each one received different channels.

Lovely little flat in a nice area

We stayed in Berlin for 6 nights. The flat is in easy walking distance to the U-Bahn. There are supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurants and cafes. So many that we didn't use the kitchen apart from breakfast and making drinks. The landlord is local and answered any questions very quickly and was very welcoming.

Christmas in Berlin Dec 8-16, 2024

We have traveled a lot, domestic and international. It is rare I leave a review good or bad, but this was such an enjoyable experience I really wanted to leave a positive review for anyone considering this property. My daughter is a student in Berlin, so we spent time with her and visiting the Christmas markets. The location was convenient for buses and subways to get anywhere. The flat was clean, well appointed, and quiet. The owner is local and easy to communicate with. (This was a huge benefit since the three of us traveling, had various flight and luggage issues.) the owner was very responsive to any questions. We would absolutely book again in the future.

Die Ferienwohnung hat ein tolle Lage. Es ist fast alles vorhanden. Es fehlt eine Mikrowelle und Föhn. Aber das kann man verschmerzen. Der PKW Stellplatz ist fussläufig in 10-15 min erreichbar. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe.

Gute Wohnung und Lage

Wir waren zu fünft für 6 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Mit der Ausstattung waren wir zufrieden, alles da was man so braucht! Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, einzig das Schlafsofa für die 5. Person war nicht ganz so bequem. Super war, dass es einen eigenen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz gibt, der zwar ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, aber wir konnten so das Auto während des gesamten Aufenthaltes dort stehen lassen und alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und auch Supermärkte. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett, unkompliziert, und der Check-In problemlos. Alles in allem war es für uns ein schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin.

Tolle Lage! Wohnung für 5 Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Küchenutensilien vielleicht etwas knapp bemessen aber im Prinzip OK - waren sowieso nur morgens und abends in der Wohnung.
