Centrally located 3.5 room apartment with a panoramic view

The detached 2-family house "Manoulita" is located on the sunny slope above the reformed church of Flims-Dorf. From here you have a clear view of the Signina Group and Flims.
It is only a 3-5 minute walk to the shops and the Flims mountain railways. The free ski bus stops very close to the house. A covered parking space belongs to the apartment.
The 3 1/2 room apartment is on the first floor. It has a cozy living-dining room with a seating area, a dining table, a kitchen combination and access to the large south-facing balcony.
The smaller bedroom with a view of the Flimserstein has two single beds, the larger south bedroom has two single beds and a cabin bed.
A TV and WiFi are installed in the apartment.

Centrally located with great view.

Very nice apartment- just like in the photos. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The Flims cable car was about 5 min walk downhill. Great balcony with wonderful view of the village and mountains. We found it odd not to have an interior door for the apartment to close behind us and this was difficult to get used to - deducted a star for this point. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Uriges Appartement mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Gemütliche Wohnung mit großartigem Blick

Das Haus ist oberhalb des Ortskerns von Flims Dorf schön gelegen, ruhig und mit großartigem Blick über Flims und die Berge. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich, nicht neu aber zwecksmäßig eingerichtet und für 4 Personen geräumig. Koch- und Essgeschirr sind ausreichend vorhanden, TV und Wlan funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Jans war freundlich und offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütliche Wohnung für unsere Skiferien in Flims

Wir haben eine Woche Skiferien mit unseren zwei Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre) in dieser Ferienwohnung in Flims verbracht. Es handelt sich dabei um eine sehr saubere, zentral gelegene, grosse und ruhige Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Berge. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe und der Skiraum einfach auf Bodenebene zugänglich. Die Talstation Flims ist ca. 8 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Sie eignet sich zudem auch für Wanderausflüge nach Bargis oder Spalegna, etc. Die fehlende Türe hat uns nicht gestört, da die Vermieterin unten eine Türe hat und sehr zuvorkommend war. Einige Möbel (vor allem Einbauschrank im Zimmer mit Aussicht) könnten eine Erneuerung ertragen, wir fanden die Wohnung aber auch so sehr gemütlich und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Skiferien 2024

Lage ist optimal- 10min zur Bahn. Am Abend kann mit den Ski zum Haus oder in die Nähe gefahren werden. Somit muss man die Ski nicht hochtragen. Küche und Küchengeräte sind sehr alt, aber soweit hat alles funktioniert. Eine Renovarion würde das Objekt massiv aufwerten.

Zentral und doch ruhig - raus und loswandern!

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen am Hang. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir brauchten. Vermieterin in der Wohnung drunter, äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, für mich leider sehr schwierig zu manövrieren - aber ich bin nur einmal rein und auf dem Heimweg wieder raus gefahren.

Winterferien in Flims

Die Wohnung sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auf dem Balkon hat man praktisch den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice flat in Flims

We had a very splendid week in Flims in a very good flat. A bit odd to not have a inhouse door to the apartment but it worked in a very good way as the other apartment one floor down had a inhouse door. Very nice land loard
