Moore Haven Heights was established in 1927 as a neighborhood of custom- built homes by the North Hills Corporation and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. Jeff and I (Amy) grew up in Indiana, married and then moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Jeff was in the Air Force and stationed at F.E. Warren AFB. Our daughter was even born on the base so Cheyenne holds a special place in our hearts. We now live in Texas and since our children are all grown, we have now started the next chapter of our lives.

Why they chose this property
We have always loved the Historic Avenues and when this home came up for sale, we fell in love with it. It's location to downtown is ideal and having the little park across the street is wonderful.
