Beautiful, modern, farm style three bedroom, two bath lake house. Located in quiet lake community. Large common area that opens into the kitchen. Plenty of room for entertaining. Natural light throughout. Minutes to Green River Marina, site one boat ramp, Columbia, Greensburg, and Campbellsville University. Tons to do from nature trails to kayaking. Perfect get away for all lake lovers. Gravel drive with enough room for vehicles and boat. Please note that we are making several improvements to the outdoor area. Please be patient while we complete this process. Check out our numerous five star reviews! Photos attached. If you’d like detailed reviews, I’m happy to provide those :)

CLEAN & UNCROWDED

There is very little closet/storage for three bedrooms. None in the master bedroom. Comfortable bed. Roomy kitchen area. Landscaping is "in progress" with steep wood steps leading to the entrance. In a manufactured housing / RV sort of neighborhood. Worked out fine for my wife and I.

Beautiful house with wonderful host!

Everything about this property was absolutely beautiful. The property was clean and well kept. Had all the amenities stated and the ad described the property perfectly. The host had excellent communication. Will be staying again!

Good vacation spot

Great location for lake activities and plenty of room to park large boat. House is new so everything is in great condition. As listed , had almost everything we needed. The listing did note they are still in the process of finishing the exterior and the owner did communicate that to us aswell. Once the deck, steps, landscaping, etc... are finished this will be an awesome property. Look forward to returning!!

We had a great time!

This was a great property to stay at. The interior was all very new and excellent. Super clean and tidy. We had more than what we needed. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Clean and comfortable BUT

The house was nice, clean and comfortable. The front entrance was a little bit difficult to navigate. The steppingstones and stairs were a bit uncomfortable to walk on. The back deck was about 30” high with no steps. The wood was old, rotten with nails sticking out on the railing. I built a crude step with wood laying around so I could get up and down. Not safe for kids or people with mobility issues.

Convenient and cozy

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Very close to marina. Only issue is the steps into house are unsafe, front and back ( they are extremely narrow, uneven heights…drop off from back door is huge). Also, while it WAS listed with cooking/utensils when we booked, the kitchen DID have everything necessary except no knives/forks/spoon. As soon as we inquired, owner changed the listing.

Green River

The house was spacious and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Clean and had most of what we needed. Cozy decor. Location was close to 2 marinas which was perfect. It will be nice when the yard is complete and has more outdoor space for kids and family to enjoy.
