Love love LOVE this spot! The space is so much larger than what me and my group were expecting. Lots of space to sit outside, together or if you just need some alone time. Communication with Carrie was incredible, she was super prompt with any issues we might have had. There is no driveway but street parking is super easy and convenient. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next adventure down to Eugene.
Great property, great location. We were visiting our daughter that goes to OU, but curiously the place felt a little like New Orleans in the vibe, reminding us of visiting our daughter that goes to Tulane. Great indoor and outdoor space.
Carrie is an Awesome Host. The property was clean and everything we expected from the Listing. We would for sure stay there and again and Highly Recommend this to anyone. Thanks Again Carrie!
This was a perfect home base for our short stay in Eugene. It’s a beautiful home and we loved enjoying wine in the porch swing and coffee on the patio. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. In fact, we loved it so much that we’re coming back next month.
This home has so much character! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the porch swing was a great place to read my book. Check-in was a breeze. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend!
Very comfortable, quaint home in a quiet Eugene neighborhood with a park and good old fashioned diner within walking distance. Also, Carrie was a terrific host. We would definitely come back again!
We stayed here for our wedding weekend. It was so comfortable, Carrie was very communicative, and the space is just so quaint and well decorated. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again next time we are in Eugene!
Charming home in Eugene. Close and convent to local eateries and conveniences. Clean colorful woodsy vibe. Plenty of kitchen items abs lovely artwork. The porch swing is comfy and relaxing We enjoyed our stay and walkabouts to fun local stops. Neighboring Park is literally on the corner. Great stay
We found this home to be ultimately equipped and a perfect place to stay when visiting Eugene. It is artfully appealing which is most appropriate for the area. Great little restaurants and scrumptious bakery in walking distance and easy access to big town events. The Farmers Market should not be missed. Host was most accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed and was available if we had any questions. We used Uber while in town and all drivers were great. Great Stay, will look forward to returning.
A terrific rental house for 3-4 people. Great location making trips around Eugene simple to navigate. Loved the deli a block away and the tree lined street.

Hello! We are Keith and Carrie Blackwell. We are so excited to welcome you into our fully restored 1895 bungalow in downtown Eugene. We have had a lovely time making this home into a dream space. Keith and I met 15 years ago and haven't spent a day apart since. Happily in love we enjoy traveling with our superdog, Lola. We love kite boarding, slack-lining, camping and hiking. When not working in our beautiful vegetable garden, you can find us in town eating and drinking at our favorite local spots or working at our Healthcare Clinic.
Please let us know if there are any recommendations or accommodations we can hep with prior to your arrival! Cheers!
