It's an acre and half land on the out skirts of a small town called Cottageville, South Carolina
A peaceful place to gather with family or just by yourselves. Not a lot of hustle and bustle like the city. Also still a small travel to Charleston or surrounding areas. In our rules book we explain other places to visit and how far away they are from the home.

Peaceful

Peaceful setting outside of Cottageville. The location was perfect. Water is extremely hot so watch out. Hot and cold reversed in guest bathroom sink. Learned the hard way. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. Could use a big knife to cut meat. Oven and fridge were dirty. Cleaning fee is high...should get a clean property. Front porch was great, except for wasps. Big yard, neighbor has an electric fence so beware. Need to put on the instructions that must take trash With You and Where to take if that's what property owners want. Dishwasher did not work.
