ZH Tiger I - Altstetten HITrental Apartment

The studio apartment "Tiger I" has 26m2 and is suitable as accommodation for 1-2 persons for shorter or longer stays in Zurich. The furnished studio has a spacious living/bedroom with double bed, a small kitchenette with various kitchen utensils, a private bathroom and a balcony.



The price includes the following services: fast wire internet, satellite TV with international channels, monthly intermediate cleaning (for stays of 45 nights or more), bed linen and towels. You also have the possibility to use washing machines and dryers in the basement.



Buckhauserstrasse is an ideal place to live. The apartment building in Zurich Altstetten is well connected to public transport. The lake, the city centre (with Bellevue and all sights such as the Grossmünster) and the airport can be reached in a very short time. The nearest tram station is only 170m away and from there Zurich main station and the city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Zurich Altstetten station can also be reached on foot in 7 minutes. From there, there are direct trains to Zurich airport and Zurich main station.

In addition, you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The Letzipark shopping centre, for example, is only 650m away. There you will find a large selection of shops such as Coop, Manor or Denner. There are also some restaurants in the Letzipark.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
