About this property

In the center of Kühlungsborn-West and right on the city forest is located on a large plot of our holiday home "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg".

The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the house with a reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can also make an uncomfortable Baltic Sea day with a lot of warmth. In our garden, all guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun.

In our domicile are in the beautiful old building 4 apartments, the two EC apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.

In the summer of 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here is also our daily open reception and a lift, with which our guests can easily reach all apartments of old and new buildings.

All apartments are equipped with high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is self-evident in all apartments.

Our apartment "Welle" for 2 persons is located in 1. OG of the "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg" and is easily accessible via our elevator. The high-quality apartment with parquet floors and pleasant floor heating is located in the new building opened in 2018.

The comfortably furnished living room is followed by a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with baking function, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of dishes, on the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun. Wi-Fi and Internet-ready flat screen TVs are in every room course, the spacious bedroom with large closet and box spring bed and the beautiful bathroom with walk-in overhead shower and toilet complete the modern apartment "wave".

Your car can park safely and protected on the adjacent property from 2019 on the belonging to the apartment car parking garage from 2019.

Das Objekt ist von außen eher unscheinbar, irritierend ist, das man am Pflegeheim in die Tiefgarage fährt. Der Eingang ist im Dunkeln nicht so gut zu finden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und funktional. Es gibt alles was man braucht.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen gut eingerichtet. In der Wohnung sind zwei Fernseher. Laut der Beschreibung sind sie internetfähig. Das ist auch vollkommen richtig, sie sind allerdings nicht angeschlossen. Da während unseres Urlaubs die Relegationsspiele der Bundesliga stattgefunden haben, haben wir uns extra bei einem privaten Bezahlsender angemeldet, um diese Spiele sehen zu können. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es nicht vorgesehen ist, dass die Fernseher mit dem Internet verbunden werden. Dann nützt die Internetfähigkeit der Geräte sehr wenig. Da wir sonst keinen großen Wert auf fernsehen legen, hat es uns nicht weiter gestört.

Gemütlich, maritim und schick

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Es ist alles recht neu, war sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Lage ist gut: In ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und der Promenade. Der Molli-Bahnhof West ist gleich um die Ecke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fussläufig schnell erreichbar.
