The enclosed patio overlooks a beautiful garden with an amazing breaker view of the Indian Ocean from the balcony for the ideal evening relaxation. One parking garage and a visitors parking is available in a fully fenced and gated property with Wolf Security on call. The Property yard is huge, with a great play area for the kids, a communal braai area, a swimming pool for residents and walking distance from McDonald’s. I am a retired Regulatory Attorney, who after a 15 year stint in the Gulf has returned to my home town in Oslo Beach on the KZN South Coast.

This apartment is set in a tranquil part of Shelly Beach, close to Shelly Center and at the center of many local attractions including boating, fishing, swimming, surfing, shopping etc. Ideal for relaxing with no need to drive when everything is just a short stroll away.
