In a privileged location directly on the beach promenade of Ahlbeck is the beautiful Villa Undine. Here the sea is practically at your feet ..... The 3-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor as a south-facing ground-floor storey. The walk-in terrace is also south facing. You can park your car comfortably in the underground car park. In the villa, a free Wi-Fi connection can be used. A passenger and car lift and a communal washing machine complete the offer of this beautiful apartment.

Living and cooking
The living room has a comfortable sitting area (couch with sleep function) and a dining table for 4 persons. The integrated fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven. The beautiful gas fireplace provides not only in winter for a comfortable living atmosphere.
*** Please note: from June 2018 there may be noise disturbances and restrictions in the neighborhood of Villa Undine due to demolition activities and the construction of a new apartment building *** The Baltic Sea with the long beach promenade is located right outside the front door. Schöner Urlaub aber für den Preis viele Mängel

Es war ein schöner Urlaub 🌞 die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Leider war die Wohnung wünschenswert, denn die Schlafcouch war schmutzig und durchgelegen. Der Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig dadurch vereiste er schnell. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen buchbar doch leider ist die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Fernsehbereich nur für 4 Personen. Ab den Fenstern im Wohnzimmer gibt es keine Gardinen bzw Rollos somit kann jeder in die Wohnung schauen. Im Sommer würde ich die Wohnung nicht buchen da 3/4 des Tages die volle Sonne rein scheint und sich die Wohnung SEHR aufheizt.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage!

Alles perfekt, vom Einchecken, der Parkmöglichkeit, der Lage und dem Auschecken. Leider ist die Sitzmöglichkeit im Wohnbereich ziemlich verbraucht und unbequem. Darum nur 4von 5.
