Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful renovated home in Mt Washington! A short stroll to the end of street and you can try some of Pittsburgh’s most well known restaurants, take in the ICONIC panoramic view of our 3 rivers and skyline, or take a ride on our unique mountain inclines. Exploring the rest of the city is just as easy with the Stadiums, Downtown, Arena, and numerous colleges just a few minutes away!

When you see a photo of Pittsburgh’s spectacular skyline, or views of the convergence of our 3 rivers, or photos of our North Shore and stadiums.... That photo was probably from Mt Washington. Its most known for the views but there are plenty of places along Grandview Ave for a top notch dining experience. When the sun sets, there are also some great local bars and taverns like Coughlin's Law Kitchen and Ale House and Bigham Tavern.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyfts are readily available if one does not bring a car!

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?

We hosted thousands of guests across 10 states, with an average rating of 4.6 stars.

We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.

$500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).
$350 for lockout fee
By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.
$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules.
RING CAMERA on exterior of property by entrance door. Do not block camera. This camera does record motion and is for safety purposes. Blocking of the camera will lead to automatic eviction, fine of $500 minimum and NO refund. Please do NOT block.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.

Graduation celebration

Nice location. Established neighbors who were friendly and house was very close to a couple parks. The house is physically old. The back door screen was ripped and repaired with duct tape and then ripped again. The back yard is empty and pretty ugly. There is an automatic spritzer in the living room that ejects smelly stuff about every minute or so. I assume that since a lot of correspondence mentions a big fine for smoking, that maybe they have had issues before. I did not review the listing well enough to realize that there is only one bathroom. So, 5 adults had to share it and it’s located on the 2nd floor. Not real convenient. The kitchen has very old and scratched non stick pans. There were no wooden or plastic utensils to use with them. So, it was difficult to make eggs for breakfast without wondering how much non stick coating we were eating with them. When I moved the marble cutting board to slice some French bread, I found a sugar cube, lots of crumbs, etc. Clearly it hadn’t been moved for cleaning in a long time. For our purposes, the place was just adequate. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t stay there again. My experiences with other vrbos have been better.

The listing was accurate and we enjoyed the neighborhood. The communication was timely and comprehensive. Would stay here again if in Pittsburgh. Enjoyed the inclines and local food.

Mount Washington Stay

Nice smaller home with 1 bathroom located on 2nd floor. 3rd bedroom is on 3rd floor. Staircases are very steep. House has AC but upstairs bedrooms were hot.

Perfect for our weekend plans

This was the perfect location for our Pittsburgh visit. Close to everything we were doing for the weekend. Clean and the property manager was responsive whenever needed. Cleaning crew was still there at 6pm, well after check in, but since we were running late it worked out perfectly and they were very courteous. Overall a great place.
