Only a few meters from the Baltic Sea, in the middle of the Warnemünde coastal forest, this newly renovated and top-equipped bungalow on the western beach of Warnemünde.

Here can spend up to 4 people a unique holiday. From the terrace with barbecue facilities you can hear the Baltic Sea rushing and also a morning bath in the Baltic Sea is nothing contrary.
The large sun terrace of the bungalow with south-west orientation is ideal for sun worshipers. A parking space is included. Shelter for 4 bikes are available. Pet are allowed. The bungalow is a Non smoking house. The usable area of ​​the bungalow is about 45 square meters.
The Stolteraer settlement is located directly on the edge of the forest on the cliffs of Stoltera.

The bungalow is located in a very quiet location on the western beach of Warnemünde. The sea is only 300 meters through a forest. The nearest shops and restaurants are located in the center of Warnemünde or Nienhagen.

The cozy bungalow on the western beach of Warnemünde is suitable for 2 to 4 people and equipped with a small, open kitchen, dining table, shower toilet, LED flat screen TV, stereo with connection for your Ipod or mp3 player and an extra bedroom with double bed. There is a night storage stove.

The fitted kitchen is fully furnished, u. a. with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The double bed in the living room can be folded out if necessary (wall bed) and offers a bed width of 1.60 meters.

Für Hundebesitzer ist die Anlage geeignet, sie ist sauber und wurde gepflegt. Die Terrasse am Haus ist hundesicher. Als wir ins Haus reinkamen, roch es nicht frisch, es war zwar gereinigt worden, aber die Bettwäsche und die Sofakissen rochen wie alte Lappen. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund dort und fühlten uns die ersten zwei Tage unwohl. Irgendwie hatte jemand vorher Desinfektionsspray gesprüht? Vielleicht wegen eines Hundes, der vorher da war.Die Terrasse selber war gefegt, aber am Rande war alles voller Unkraut. Wir würden dort nicht wieder buchen.

Für einen Kurzurlaub zu viert super. Lage ist perfekt ein paar Minuten von der Ostsee entfernt.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen - das Klappbett ist sehr durchgelegen, sodass man etwas in die Mitte rollt.

Der Bungalow ist sehr gut gelegen, ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Hotel Wilhelmshöhe, 5 Gehminuten zur Fuchsbar. Auch das Landhotel Ostseetraum und der Frischemarkt sind in ca. 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Bungalow selbst ist eingezäunt, was für unseren Urlaub mit Hund sehr toll war.

Toller Ort zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen

Schönes Etablissement zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. An der Steilküste lässt es sich hervorragend spazieren gehen und im nahe gelegenen Warnemünde bummeln. Wird bei uns auf der Liste für einen Urlaub immer ganz oben stehen.

Alles ok, aber die Textilien im Bungalow haben penetrant nach Weichspüler gerochen. Strand in unmittelbarer Umgebung war nicht so schön, wir sind aber immer oben auf der Steilküste Richtung Warnemünde gewandert bis der Strand schöner wurde. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist der Bungalow ok.

Kleiner Urlaub Anfang Mai

Der kurze Aufenthalt war erholsam und der Bungalow eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Der mitgereiste Kater war auch entspannt und das Meer in der Nähe ein Genuss. Die Überlegung einer Wiederholung im Herbst wurde durch fehlende Verfügbarkeit vorerst verworfen. Grundsätzlich kann man sagen ... gern wieder. Danke

Die Wohnung ist etwas klein, aber da man es gut aushalten.

Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas klein, aber da man ja oft Unterwegs ist, spielt es keine Rolle und wir haben uns Wohl gefühlt. Damit meine ich vorallen den Tisch in der Küche und wenn man das Schrankbett aufstellt, verliert man auch Platz. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage und man kann innerhalb 5 Gehminuten den Strand erreichen.

Lage war ganz gut Umfeld des Bungalows könnte mehr gepflegt werden- Unkraut , das man sich die Kurkarten erst irgendwo in Warnemünde abholen muss, fanden wir nicht so gut, eine neue Pfanne wäre toll, ansonsten war es schön

Kurzurlaub in Strandnähe

Sauberer und schön eingerichteter Bungalow, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, Warnemünde ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Abwicklung war problemlos, alles hat bestens geklappt. Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub!

Entspannung pur👍👍👍

Das Appartement ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden für eine entspannte Auszeit. Alles war sauber,das Bett ist super, man schläft sehr gut darin. Super war auch der kurze Weg durch den angrenzenden Wald zum Strand, haben viele lange Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund gemacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, nach Warnemünde fährt man nur 5 Minuten. Haben gleich nochmal für den Sommer gebucht.
