Our cozy home is located at Las Brisas del Golfo within 10-15 minutes away from the beach, malecón, and restaurant. Well equipped to warm welcome guest that need a place to sleep and during the day enjoy the beauty that our city has to offer. Not ideal for high demand guests that are looking for luxurious places. Perfect for a family or friends vacation; you’ll feel the local Vibe!

The Space:
This is a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms townhome with on-site gated parking. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. It also has bath towels, bathroom amenities, and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable full size bed with easy access to the bathroom just across the bed. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, spacious closet and easy access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has a comfy full-size, spacious closet and easy access to the guest bathroom.

The kitchen area has modern cabinets with microwave, refrigerator, and stove. You will find it all, dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, washer and dryer.

While we are fully responsible for the home, we cannot be held responsible for the common areas, extra third-party provider's services for power, water, internet etc.

The house was a very great place to stay but didn’t have hot water in the kitchen and no forks and only 1 pan to cook with also only a couple trash bags for trash and not extra sponges to clean dishes with

Weekend stay

The apartment was very clean! parking is limited and somewhat inconvenient. We reported a water link in the bathroom that was not corrected during our stay, but our overall experience was good. The management agency personnel were fantastic. Very professional, responsive and very pleasant to deal with.
