This comfy cozy nicely appointed home on the BEACH is PET friendly and has an extended patio, fireplace, A/C, full kitchen, separate dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 8 as follows:
Master Bedroom - Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
Living Room - 2 double futons
With the inner courtyard, shade palapa and large living room area, there is plenty of room for the whole gang.
This is in the popular Las Olas section of Las Conchas. Sit on the patio and watch the kids play on the huge sand bar out front while you sit with your toes in the sand and beer in your hand.

The rental was all freshly painted lots up updated items,new bedding new shower curtains, new chairs, new grill and cover, it smelled really good coming in, the place is perfect, Right on the beach and the Palapas Umbrella is really a great asset to have covered sitting in the sand, The vendors walk up and down the walkway next to it which makes for great shopping at your door. The Host is super easy to work with, she gave excellent directions and ideas. Also it was nice and cold AC The is good wifi as well as a good TV. Very pleased with the visit. The weather was perfect and traffic was not bad for memorial weekend. Coming in was Zero issue going home was about a 20 min wait.

The location and view are amazing! The unit is need of updating and maintenance. The beds are very uncomfortable and appear very old. Definitely could use newer ones.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced in RP. This place needs serious cleaning and updated furniture. The beds are very uncomfortable and old and dirty. I fear we got bit by bedbugs. The futons in the living room also dirty and old. The bathrooms reeked of sewer. There were missing tiles in the bathroom. The showers were hard to get in and out of not very safe for older adults or children. Someone tried to break into our truck at night on our last night. This stay was a nightmare. The location and patio were the only thing that kept me from crying. I’m not high maintenance by any means but this place was a dump.

Beautiful location, beautiful beach, clear water. Lots of seabirds, quiet off-peak. The house is in dire need of renovation, the doors don't close properly, and there's no pressure in one of the bathrooms. Perfect for 4 people, but difficult to fit more around the dining table. The futon mattresses could use replacing. Pet friendly.

This place was perfect for what we wanted. It was peaceful, beautiful, great view and we enjoyed it so much. We stayed one more night we just couldn’t get ourselves to leave lol.. We will be back for sure! It was extremely hot and humid , but for a Phoenician, if I have a view of the ocean, I don’t care how hot it is. The AC was great and we stayed cold inside. This home was just like a beach cottage, it reminded me of the places we would stay in when I was a child. I loved it, so did my husband and my fur baby.
