it was a really good place to stay, beds were very comfortable. We really enjoy the place., the only thing is there are not enough toilet paper, towels and there are no sheets for the futon, you have to take them, other than that we really love that place.

Great ocean front property with a palopa right, there. Brought my beach umbrella, but never had to use it because I had a nice shaded sandy area.

The place is awesome!! Literally steps from the water, we would sit under the shade in the patio and the water was 15 yards away.the house is super cozy, it has AC on every room and a full size kitchen and two futons in the living room.Downtown is 10 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and a Walmart 5 minutes away.

The rental was all freshly painted lots up updated items,new bedding new shower curtains, new chairs, new grill and cover, it smelled really good coming in, the place is perfect, Right on the beach and the Palapas Umbrella is really a great asset to have covered sitting in the sand, The vendors walk up and down the walkway next to it which makes for great shopping at your door. The Host is super easy to work with, she gave excellent directions and ideas. Also it was nice and cold AC The is good wifi as well as a good TV. Very pleased with the visit. The weather was perfect and traffic was not bad for memorial weekend. Coming in was Zero issue going home was about a 20 min wait.

The location and view are amazing! The unit is need of updating and maintenance. The beds are very uncomfortable and appear very old. Definitely could use newer ones.

Property was clean and the beach was fantastic! Great place to stay with a family. Dated, but an overall good place to spend a long weekend. Well supplied overall. If you're planning to cook be sure to bring knives and Cutting board.
