Las Olas 1 is a beautiful ocean front condominium complex in Las Conchas. This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with accommodations for up to 6 guests. The home has a beautiful tiled entry with a round stone table and orange cushioned brown wicker chair at the entrance. The living room has soft yellow painted walls with a beautiful metal framed wall mounted mirror. The room is furnished with a light gray modern sofa and two orange patterned arm chairs. The room has a mosaic tiled coffee table, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The home also comes with a DVD, VCR and WiFi. You can pop in a movie or watch your favorite TV shows. The room is very bright due to the sliding glass doors behind the sofa that provide access to the patio. The dining room has a very regal feel with a beautiful glass top table and 6 modern chairs beneath it. The room has a very elegant and open feel. In the kitchen you have granite counter tops with flat panel beech wood cabinets and all brand new major appliances. The counter top also has a microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There are plenty of dishes, pans, pots, glasses and bowls in the cup boards and the drawer s are filled with all the serving utensils and silverware you should need. There is a small bar off the kitchen that is lined with beautiful bar stools. The master bedroom has a large King size wood framed bed with peach colored silky bed spread and peach throw pillows. The room has one lighted bed side table and the other side of the bed has a desk and chair with a mirror mounted on the wall above. The room has access to the patio and a large closet to hang your clothing. The 2nd bedroom is also beautiful with a colorful bed, dark wood bed side tables and a dresser for your clothing. The room includes an ocean view window and a large double mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothing. The 3 bedroom has a queen size bed with neutral toned bedding and a beautiful suite of furniture. The room has a dresser, a large closet and a window with a view of the ocean. All the bathrooms are lovely with granite surrounds around the sinks and vanity, walk in travertine showers and commode. The back patio is tiled and extends about 15 feet before stepping down into the sand. You can cook up a grilled sea food meal on the Charcoal BBQ and eat it while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. Take a long walk on the beach, a dip in the ocean or collect sea shells. This is a wonderful home with many luxurious amenities. The home also has cold AC and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed.

Will pass Bancomer and “ Camaron park “ on your left. Turn left at the next traffic signal between the park and the municipal building . This is Blvd. Fremont. Go approximately 1 1/2 miles to the “ Las Conchas “ billboard.
Turn right in front of the billboard you will come to the guard house until you reach CEDO ( you will recognize it by the whale skeleton ) turn at the sign like you where going to CEDO . Continue past CEDO and continue to bear right at the next intersection. The road will come to a t turn right , and the condo will come up on your left. 2-night minimum during the week, 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (4(Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.
NOTE: Fireworks are prohibited in Las Conchas Gated Community.
Violators will be Fine up to $200 dlrs. & may get evicted from Unit.
