Wonderful, cozy casita on a beautiful stretch of Las Conchas. All the amenities you could think of and everything is so clean and in great condition. Seeing the waves come up to the wall during high tide is so cool! Also, really close to the estuary where you can have amazing oysters. Only about a 15 min. drive into downtown Puerto Peñasco.

Petfect beachfront casita

The casita was just as described --comfortable, well appointed, clean and right on the Sea of Cortez. This portion of the Las Conchas beach is long and sandy without coral which made low tide walks a pleasure.Overall, it's a wonderful property we'd be happy to return to

Puerto Penasco Perfection!

Alana’s home is the best property I’ve stayed at in Rocky Point. It is clean, updated, and comes with all the kitchen and beach essentials! The beach at that part of Las Conchas is also the best, with all sand for playing, relaxing, and long Beach walks. We had a great time at a great house!

Wish we were still there!

This was the nicest, most comfortable, and most meticulously maintained home we have ever stayed at in Rocky Point and we have stayed at many. We unfortunately needed to cut our stay short due to what is occurring in the world, but we can hardly wait to go back!
